...Although Rule of Law Trust 2018 990 was marked initial return, it appears ROL was only registered in VA in April 2020 & is now inactive. It was also registered in DC in June 2020...
...Leonard Leo is the sole trustee of the Rule of Law Trust. Thomas Raymond Conlon, the CPA who prepared the 990 & Neil Corkery, who possesses the books & records, are long time business associates of Leonard Leo....
