Having a cup of coffee & laughing about my 2017 diatribe against J. Christian Adams et al in connection w the manufactured New Black Panther '08 Election Day 'scandal'. That it was manufactured isn't a laughing matter...
...Interestingly enough, J. Christian Adams never had anything to say about Mike Roman's wife filing for bankruptcy four times bet '09 & '16 as a single mother while Roman was raking in big $$$ working for a Koch funded NFP...
...I was on a roll in this July 2017 thread re Trump's short lived 'election integrity' commission....
...The other day, Mr. Adams 'liked' one of my tweets re the Public Interest Legal Foundation of which he is president. Kind of like the law firm for the Estate of Chaim Lax retweeting a tweet w the firm's name in connection w the Moshe Lax $62M tax evasion case...

Federalist Society Co-Chair Leonard A. Leo is president of two not-for-profits w net assets at Dec 31 2018 totaling $97 MILLION. Rule of Law Trust & BH Fund 2019 990s have not been filed w the IRS & are now 10.5 months overdue (includes 6 mo. extension)...
...Although Rule of Law Trust 2018 990 was marked initial return, it appears ROL was only registered in VA in April 2020 & is now inactive. It was also registered in DC in June 2020...
...Leonard Leo is the sole trustee of the Rule of Law Trust. Thomas Raymond Conlon, the CPA who prepared the 990 & Neil Corkery, who possesses the books & records, are long time business associates of Leonard Leo....

In 2018, Americans For Prosperity reported revenue of $96 million, $43 million of which went to In Pursuit Of, LLC for "media services" at the same address. Alex Varban is treasurer of AFP & AFP Foundation as well as treasurer of IPO LLC....
