The piece by @ezraklein today on Shor’s theories had a lot of words, but none of them mentioned the historic win of two Senate seats in GA in a runoff election no one was supposed to win. If that’s not evidence that there is a way to win without Shorism I don’t know what is.
In the messaging they talked about the tangible and popular benefits Dems would bring, they did not shy away from race (hard to with

They did not run away from movements who were talking to every Latino voter, every Black voter, every AAPI voter. They embraced movements’ energy, because that energy is what enabled Democrats to buck historic trends in that election.
And guess what? That overall message also inspired and persuaded white people — there are enough white people in the states we need to win who want to be part of a multiracial majority. That is in fact the only way to win.
So we need to stop arguing about it and keep doing it, as we are at @WayToWinAF and so many partners we work with across the country and in particular in the Sunbelt states, which do provide a path out of the doom picture Shor is so intent on painting.
