Back in February, about a month after the Capitol attack, a die-hard Buccaneers fan from Clearwater, Florida, drove to Tampa to celebrate the team’s Super Bowl win.

In between the time that he attacked cops at the Capitol and when he was IDed in a HuffPost story in March, Robert Scott Palmer went to a Bucs parade and spoke to a reporter and allowed his real name to be associated with his photograph.

It’s the second time in as many weeks that Judge Tanya Chutkan sentenced a Jan. 6 riot defendant to jail when the government hadn’t requested it. huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
Judge Tanya Chutkan will allow Dona Bissey to turn herself in so she can get her affairs in order.

Chutkan tells Bissey she has many resources that other defendants don't, and that she’s not the worst thing she’s ever done.

Sentencing hearing is now underway for Dona Bissey, an Indiana hairdresser with an interest in QAnon who entered the Capitol on Jan. 6.

One of her clients, Anna Morgan-Lloyd, was the first Jan. 6 defendant to be sentenced (she got probation).

Bissey’s lawyers have asked for no more than 18 months probation.

Feds are asking for three months of home confinement for Brittiany Dillon, who claimed she "fought hard” on Jan. 6. Sentencing set for next Monday on her disorderly and disruptive conduct charge.
Brittiany Dillon’s actions were "motivated by false information” and she has shown "a willingness to countenance political violence and a risk of engaging in such violence going forward,” feds say.
"We may lose all communications. An all out civil war may start. It will be fast because our side is more prepared.”
