we now showed the women how the day care center can be shifted to afternoon evening when enough adults are around to deal with the kid productively. when he misbehaves we tell him we hand him back to the women, he behaves right away gracefully.

its bizarre even his dad admits, that around the women his son gets restricted & disciplined & told off, while around the guys he gets to be educated & grow up fast. He likes center of attraction - not of restriction.

we do a method of short burst of intense education, as much as long as he likes.. make him memorize and combine stuff. trip him up to think.. he loves it. if he is not entertained plus challenged, he is bored & screams. which most the day.

the little guy's attn span is cat like. he jumps from one thing to other, and next in 2 secs. so we let him go at that pace until he exhausts himself. then we start over.

it s a school we invent based on what he is interested in - its the only way we see progress. Not something we studied in books. trial error. if you put this dude thru the system he will raise hell, Leo new moon born. we show him how to function a bit, extending his attn span.

if he screams around the women, he gets instant reaction, every woman around will run to attend him. if He does this with us he knows he gets zero reaction. has to evaluate choose now which interaction is more beneficial, to him personally. Hissy fussy fit or smart entertainment.

smart entertainment means he dislikes too much repetitive crap. he likes to get on to elsewhere. we show him how to walk on his own, still very tentative, he runs faster than he walks, always ends in a crash landing & the women come screaming telling us off. Only way to learn OK.

his feet didnt match the toy i gave him too early, now he finally can get on it & go, they need a fence so he doesnt go out in street on his own. this guy will be serious trouble if not intelligently reigned in. likes motion & speed. Born too early in Covid lockdown. restriction?

his dad & i think it is a bit terrible to see the little guy is with the crazy bunch all day & we then get to rectify stuff in afternoon evening for an hour if that. He seems to live for that 1 hour. we can do in that hour more than anyone..

mechanic genius dad & i think / know that we have to guess see what the kid likes & help him develop that skill . . whatever it is.. he likes his dad's Moto, 500 Kawasaki. BrmmBrmm. He likes show time. Likes to be handed over from one to other person & next. very personable.

when we show up, the dad grand dad and i, the 3 musketeers, the kid lights up. squeelin.. his mom sheepishly hands him over to the adults... you deal with it thx. to them women he is an interruption of their work, to us, he is our 1 hour per day mission. totally other perspective

the schedule new, to avoid day care center infections, is the adults show up by afternoon to take over. he gets morning lunch with the women, afternoon evening with the adults. We grasp our job is educate him as fast as he can manage. that s real test OK between benevolent ETs.

when we see him clapping his little hands & squeal fun we know we are on correct frequency. he is in contact. he indicates with hand where he wants to go next. The women carry him there, we tell him go walk there. He orders the women, they restrict him, we free him. It s fun.

the way the women carry him around, my film maker looks sees it is like something out of Tibet. wrong place time, the guys then try bring him back down to earth - teach him in this life he will be on his own, self made not necessarily have a kingdom of women around serving him.
