As of Oct. 13, Roque says a total of 50.96 million COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered. Of this number, 23.76 million are already fully vaccinated and 27.19 million have at least received their first dose.
Roque presents the healthcare utilization rates of Metro Manila and the entire country.

67% of ICU beds nationwide are occupied, while 65% of ICU beds in the capital region are utilized.
WHO representative to the PH Dr. Rabindra Abeyasinghe on the necessity of third dose: For people with immunocompromised conditions, WHO is supporting a third dose.

Roque: That's for Congress to enact if it wishes so. But now, since supply has just arrived, let's see.
