Right-wing organizations & influencers have stoked, coordinated, & provided training for the assault on public schools in plain sight. Anyone claiming otherwise is lying or ignorant. TPUSA was founded by Council for National Policy member Charlie Kirk. 1/
8/ The Council for National Policy (CNP) was also heavily involved in January 6. Ali Alexander who organized buses and chanted “Victory or Death!” Is a CNP fellow. Steve Bannon was in the CNP’s 2014 directory. Flynn is a current or recent CNPer as well. @BrentAllpress
10/ Link to thread by @JuddLegum (The Kochs, btw, found many organizations under the umbrella of the Council for National Policy. Off the top of my head, I know they find ALEC.)
15/ Right wing groups and influencers falling under the Council for National Policy’s (CNP) umbrella have their dirty fingerprints all over January 6 as well. They are effectively the same fascist op. threadreaderapp.com/thread/1434388…
16/ Another threads re: the right wing organizations & influencers who fall under the umbrella of the Council for National Policy. They were/are involved in January 6 AND the assault on public school boards. It is coordinated and very well funded. threadreaderapp.com/thread/1441100…
“”Before organizing Jan 6 buses, “Scavo organized the bus that transported some protesters from Scranton to Lancaster County on Dec. 30. The group included members of an off-shoot of the [Moonie] Unification Church…” 1/ lancasteronline.com/news/politics/…
“The trip was organized after Scavo and others listened to a podcast in which Stephen Bannon,.., encouraged listeners in swing states like Pennsylvania to pressure their lawmakers to decertify the presidential election results, Scavo told LNP | LancasterOnline at the time.” 2/
They want us to believe they didn’t intend violence. Ali Alexander is in the Council for National Policy (CNP), along w/ Mike Flynn & others involved in Jan 6. Too bad Chris Wray is in the Federalist Society led by CNPer Leonard Leo. Garland is a Federalist Society contributor.
Trump’s lies about 2020 must not silence legitimate efforts to address real vulnerabilities. Those who began following me > 2020 may be unaware of much of my pre-election election security advocacy & the many graphics that graphic artists on Twitter created to support it. 1/
I agree with this. Large vote centers (where u can vote anywhere in the county & precincts are eliminated) are a bad idea. Likely well intended but no. Just no. They are far too tech dependent & make meaningful oversight almost impossible. 1/
2/ The concept was launched in LA County in 2020. It was a disaster like none other, which is one reason why the county moved to significantly expanded vote by mail. prospect.org/civil-rights/i…
3/ I documented the problems as they occurred in LA county during the primary. This was a disaster of epic proportions. Underreported actually. I urge everyone to read this. threadreaderapp.com/thread/1234877…
This guy seems really triggered by my thread (and @JuddLegum’s) exposing the right wing “think tanks,” training, & coordinated propaganda efforts that have been used to enrage low information voters & weaponize them against public schools. Wonder why. 1/
Well that was easy. Seems he is connected to & aligned with Philadelphia’s far right Middle East Forum (MEF) think tank, which has supported Bannon’s international “the movement”. I’ve been writing about them this week. Yike. 2/
Remember this?! “A conservative group [Project Veritas] tried to plant a fake Roy Moore allegation in the Washington Post. It failed.” - Vox - 2017 1/ vox.com/2017/11/27/167…
Project Veritas has deliberately spread false or misleading information & thinks that @Twitter (which kicked both PV & its founder, James O’Keefe off its platform) should let it back on its platform. 2/
