NEW: The moment @DanielJJonesUS gave up @rodneyjoffe.
Jones confirming that Joffe is Max.
Interesting point, in Jones's meeting with Joffe he was only referred to as "Max", so Jones had to identify him himself.
Jones believed John Galt was Joffe as well.
@sameerbhalotra new Joffe well and Jones exchanged messages with @ljean.
Joffe had two individuals he was associated with, @april_lorenzen and David Dagon or Tina Doug.
Alfa mainly interrogates Jones on whether his/Joffe/April/Dagon's goal was to get another FBI investigation opened. Jones denies this, I don't really believe him.

@mAntonakakis's deposition has been scheduled and the subpoenas are at peak specificity.
And @DanielJJonesUS has voluntarily dismissed his lawsuit against @alfabank.
@rodneyjoffe is being deposed in 4 days and then Dagon on the 19th.

1/ Former tweeter @15poundstogo filed this foia request with the CDC a few weeks back and got a substantive response today that he wishes to share from offline.
2/ The CDC couldn’t identify the exact studies it had referenced on its website, but it found 3 studies from the general timeframe, although one was two days later). Live links below.

1/ @wikileaks stated in its #Vault7 release that "the archive appears to have been circulated among former [USG] hackers and contractors". Lately I've been compiling a list of potential subjects including: Hal Martin, Michael Adams, "Carlo", and of course, Joshua Schulte.
2/ For all intents and purposes I believe that this Vault7 group at minimum has some overlap with the @shadowbrokerss (TSB) membership, given Wikileaks claimed to possess the NSA cyberweapons and that Adam Waldman was a US intermediary in both leaks.
3/ Furthermore, Assange was aware of people like Nghia Pho being under investigation for the TSB "theft", even though his role wasn't public until October 2017. Notice he was charged in 2015, but the "theft" was discovered in 2016. wsj.com/articles/russi… nytimes.com/2017/12/01/us/…
