Upon further reading, your devices will be used to allocate a "superspreader score" to the owner. This score to be broadcast to other devices in the area, therefore alerting everyone around that you're a danger to them!

As well as your own devices to spy on you, the 'system will also use street & private cameras, ATM's, social media, credit card usage, IP addresses of devices used.
It also takes information from people reporting each other. (This really is Orwell's 1984, people!)
And the apps on your phone will be mandatory, folks:

So the plan for your safety, with this patent is to force citizens to carry devices (tags?), which will surveil your every activity, compute your risk score, order you to attend vaccinations if they deem you to be worthwhile vaxxing, broadcast your health status and tell you off!
This patent is for an artificial intelligence nanny which will learn and predict your behaviour and independently of any human decide if it considers you worthy of saving...Or not!
