To be absolutely clear, the US government has appointed itself the authority to unilaterally decide which of the world's populations get to eat and which do not, and to imprison anyone who tries to facilitate unauthorized eating in a US-sanctioned nation.
The US has extradited Venezuela diplomat Alex Saab, beneath all the legal jargon for no other reason than trying to get food past US economic blockades. This May article has more info on Saab's case: mintpressnews.com/alex-saab-v-th…
This is the empire's ultimate goal: to have the world so bent to its will that war becomes unnecessary, since you can just cut off any disobedient population from the world economy. Then the media you own and control will report that that population's leader is starving them.
It's a warped, perverse version of the world peace that healthy people imagine: a world population bent to the will of a single ruling power structure centralized around the United States, obeying the dictates of Washington on pain of crushing military-backed economic blockades.
Refreshingly Honest Billionaire Says Media Purchase Will Be Used For Propaganda (Audio)
"How often does a billionaire corporation buy up a media property and just straightforwardly tell you they're going to be using it to push propaganda?" soundcloud.com/going_rogue/re…
"How refreshing is that? How often does a billionaire corporation buy up a media property and just straightforwardly tell you they're going to be using it to push propaganda? They even say what the propaganda will be. It makes you feel like your intelligence is being respected."
It really is a struggle between light and darkness, in a sense. A struggle between those who want to make things visible, conscious and clear against those who want to keep things secret, unconscious and distorted. Dysfunction can't survive if all its mechanisms are clearly seen.
Those who want truth and health want things transparent, honest, and awake. Those who want untruth and dysfunction want government secrecy, propaganda distortion, and a deeply unconscious public. The latter are the ones in power right now. The former are trying to oust them.
Every positive change in human behavior, whether individual or collective, has always been preceded by an increase in awareness, by becoming aware of something that was previously hidden. Those who want positive change want to increase awareness. Those who don't want it all dark.
A question I am trying to make a habit of asking myself is "what healing can I pass on?" In my experience, so much damage can continue long after the person who is doing the damage has dropped their weapon simply because they didn't admit they were wrong to those they wronged.
I'll give you an example. A father brings his son up to believe being gay is a sin. The son hides his homosexuality from his dad. But the dad dropped that notion years ago he just never wanted to admit he was wrong. The son's shame builds to a point where he kills himself.
What haven't cleaned up on? Is there something you believed in the past that could be holding someone you love hostage still now? We are all learning and changing your mind is healthy, but it is important to hit all the way through and pass on that health to those you affected.
It Takes A Lot Of Education To Keep Us This Stupid
"The fact that the propagandists have to work so hard to keep our society this insane means the natural gravitational pull is toward sanity." caitlinjohnstone.substack.com/p/it-takes-a-l…

"You think you're struggling? You should see the people trying to manufacture consent for a status quo that is both plainly insane and self-evidently unsustainable." soundcloud.com/going_rogue/it…
The oligarchic empire is working harder and harder to bolt down our minds in service of its agendas.
One time I tweeted that anarchism sounds good in theory but in practice it just means regurgitating foreign policy talking points from the US State Department, and the thread quickly filled up with anarchists regurgitating State Department lines about Russia, China and Syria.
In the escalations between the US and China, one is the aggressor and the other is acting defensively. You can tell which is which by asking yourself how the other would react if the situation was reversed. If China started doing this to the US there would be war instantaneously.
"That military presence is to protect China's neighbors from Chinese aggression."
Look up all USA's murderous interventions in Central and South America. China would be far MORE justified setting up a military presence to protect nations like Cuba and Venezuela. Yet it doesn't.
This means between the US power alliance and China, Washington is the aggressor and Beijing is acting defensively. The reason western news media do not report on these escalations in this way is because western news media is propaganda.
