The 1 Method I Wished I Would’ve Know About That Would’ve Avoided Me Failing In Multiple Biz Models 1 year ago

First things first get a pen and a sheet of paper

Draw a Venn Diagram

The circle to the left will contain all the things you love doing

The circle to the right will contain all the things you believe are naturally good at

The middle will be a list of business models but forget about it for now

Go ahead and give yourself the time you need

To deeply think about what you love doing and pls try to be as honest as possible in your written answers

For the “what your naturally good at” section try to do it by yourself at first & after get close friends/family members to write down à few things they honestly believe your good at

Doesn’t have to be nothing fancy could be very simple such as being a good communicator for example

*this is apart from this method but do the reverse if your not a pussy and have a growth mindset

and ask your family/friends what they think your weaknesses are and what you should improve upon : this will hurt your ego but will be an effective way to reset and grow

Once you have both circles of your Venn diagram filled up I would recommend you to reach out to 1-3 experienced online business owners in any type of business model

and ask what business models they think would align the most with both circles

From there you’ll most likely end up with 5-10 business models

Break it down

choose 3

Schedule 1 hour everyday for 3 days to do research on those business models

Here are a few things i’d recommend doing ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Ask questions to successful business owners that fit your criteria for ex:

- what are the pros and cons of X biz model ? or

- what is it that you would’ve wished to know before starting X biz model?

- What skills is X biz model going to require me to master?

- Watch videos on each type of biz model

- Ask yourself am I willing to commit to this biz model for 1 year of my life to make this work despite the ups and downs that I may face along the way?

Quora/Reddit - good places to find answers on literally any questions you may have

Get creative
Do some research
Commit

Just get started to be honest

there’s a strong chance you’ll fail your first biz model especially if you don’t have any guidance or experience

Have pure clarity on what your doing is probably one of the most important things

And this exercises reinforce that clarify which is so very much needed early on

therefore increasing your chances of success

You’ll learn most things as you go tbh

You can go through courses and coaching but nothing beats experience and im not saying that like i have 10 years experience

i’ve been on Money Twitter since February and been interested and diving into marketing/online biz since Sept 2020

So take whatever I say as a grain of salt

As i have a long way to go and alot more to learn
