NEW: Fairfax County Public Schools will be administering a survey this November that asks children if they are transgender, when, how, and how often they have sex, drug and alcohol consumption, and intimate details of their family life.
Parents have the option to opt their children out of the survey, @fcpsnews tells me. Schools are directed to give parents 30 days’ notice to opt their child out of the survey in a letter, otherwise the kids will be given the survey.
“It is important to know how our youth view substance use in their lives and in those they interact with in the community,” a FCPS spokeswoman said, adding that the school system strives to be "proactive" in its approach. dailysignal.com/2021/10/18/vir…
Here's one page of the @fcpsnews survey for grades 8-12 (typical 8th grader is 13 but may be younger). Includes questions such as "with how many people have you had sexual intercourse" and "have you ever had oral sex?"

Hochul references misinformation about NY's 2019 Reproductive Health Act, which removed abortion from NY’s criminal code and allows women to obtain late-term abortions if their health is in danger or if their unborn baby is not viable.
Pro-life social media content erupted with memes and posts about how NY had legalized abortion up until birth, and Facebook fact checkers doled out "false" and "partly false" fact checks left and right.
Interesting Politico piece, but it doesn't mention Biden's revelation that he does not agree life begins at conception. That's a monumental statement. Nor does the piece really get into the semantics of Biden's political evolution on abortion.
Many have suggested that Biden is privately pro-life and only toes the party line on abortion. His actions as president have disproved that, and he himself just admitted he does not agree with fundamental Catholic teaching: life begins at conception.
