The father of a down syndrome, special needs student in Brevard County is now speaking. The father said a mask was being tied to his daughter's face when she couldn't keep it on against their will.

The Governor is poking fun of @SecCardona who cited four mask studies a few weeks back that allegedly showed efficacy of masks in schools, yet none of them had control groups. There were three who didn't study and a fourth was a simulation with theoretical inputs.
"We're not going to be cooperating with any investigations of parents," said the Governor. He says they will thwart any investigation by the Federal government into complaints against parents for speaking out.
The Governor adds there are things they can fortify legislatively going forward on top of what has been done.
"We are going to be rolling out some additional protections in addition to what we have already in the law," the Governor says about vaccine mandates.
