The first step to creating 'our' own culture is defining a mutual language. Stop using the cultural language of subjectivity. Start using language that reflects objective reality. Do not participate in pandering to language that is empirically false.

Ignore their personal pronouns. Ignore their presuming you align with their cultural inaccuracies by repeating terms and vernacular that reinforce those inaccuracies.
