We now have a record of payments made to buy the property and we know who made the final payment as it is on the Land Registry documents for the property - David Rowland's personal family bank - Banque Haviland. As a multi-million-pound Conservative Party donor this looks odd

MOD "recognises Banque Haviland as the loaner of the money to buy the property"

Final £11.9m payment on the Land Registry doc is from Banque Haviland as it says so. On March 19 2016 it is registered - a couple of weeks before the Brexit referendum campaign begins.

There's a series of peculiarities about this whole process
1) MOD outsources all the Due Diligence to Jones Lang LaSalle and 'takes its word for it' that Dmytro Firtash was a superb guy and worth selling the tube to

2) No evidence of Due Diligence taking place BEFORE JLL take £5m off Firtash on the 20 Nov 2013. Govt knew Firtash indictment was opened by US Sec of State Victoria Nuland in her negotiations with the then President Viktor Yanukovych. She wanted him to sign a treaty with the EU

3) During 99 days until Feb 27 2014 and exchange of contracts - JLL were unable to Google search Firtash and see he was a national security risk. MI5 had vetoed the appointment of Dame Pauline Neville Jones in Aug 2010 as Firtash associates had been pumping cash into her office.

In December 2010 Firtash admitted working with the Russian Mafia Don Semion Mogilevitch in a Wikileaks Cable originally written by US Ambassador Bill Taylor with whom he had the conversation. So the Due Diligence was a total fraud

4) Feb 26 2014 - the day before MOD hands the tube station to Firtash the FBI issues an arrest warrant on him and he is detained 2 weeks later in Vienna where he still is in 'custody'

5) Denis Gorbunenko investigated by UK FCA over a takeover of the UK brokers Seymour Pearce – they spent 8 months in 2012-13 doing so and concluded he was unfit as a director – told SP to pay back £4m they owed/blocked appointment – so why was he the right man to pay £53m to MOD

Now there's a coincidence Rees-Mogg's Somerset Asset Mgt gets an LEI number for its Cayman Island hedge fund THE SAME DAY Firtash pays £5m in deposit to buy the Brompton Rd property

Here's a document in the Land Reistry pack confirming the date the £5m was paid in deposit by Dmytro Firtash for Brompton Rd - $5m as said it earlier tweet

Denis Gorbunenko (represented Firtash regularly) was Power of Attorney on Brompton Rd

The total unsuitability of Denis Gorbunenko according to the FCA explained - yet the MOD and the JLL due diligence crew go 'wow what a nice guy' as the £53m starts to flow in

The appointment of JLL (end of July 2013) stank. JLL were the firm working for the Mayor of London on seeking outside investments assets & selling off London properties to foreign buyers. They were NOT the supplier of choice for the MOD in 2013-14 - Bojo rammed Firtash thru IMHO
