2/ I’m a current @UTHSC_Medicine senior APD of curriculum, assistant clerkship director @UTHSCMedicine, academic general internist @RegOneHlthFDN @CCHSmemphis

3/ I became interested in #MedEd after meeting inspiring role models & mentors @AU-UGA Medical Partnership: @3owllearning, Dr. Howard Cohen and @UTHSC_Medicine: Dr. Jim Lewis
 
After residency, I joined @UTHSC_Medicine faculty with a specific interest in ambulatory education

4/ Some formative experiences along my #MedEd journey:

SGIM TEACH program

5/ My #MedEd passions:

⭐️Mentoring URIM students, residents, and clinician educators
⭐️Gamification as a tool to teach EBM/EBP in the ambulatory clinic
⭐️ Management reasoning with clinical conundrums in the outpatient setting

6/ Favorite #MedEd Pearls:
- Find your learners why through questioning to better tailor your teaching (h/t @gradydoctor)
Never be afraid to aggressively teach the basics of medicine (h/t @medrants)

7/ Outside of the hospital I enjoy:

😃Spending time with my wife
🎹Playing piano
🕵️‍♀️Watching any forensic science show I can find
