Behind every successful project/venture there’s so much strategic planning involved that determines its future - be it putting a man on the moon or setting up a furniture store that it unique and can’t be replicated easily as it is a chain link system

or the company that developed the 3D graphic card - it all boils down to 3 guiding principles:
1. Diagnosis
2. Guiding policy
3. Coherent action

Richard P Rumelt’s Good strategy/Bad Strategy exemplifies this theory and is very engaging with the wonderful real life examples to back up these concepts!
