We have been notified of 15 confirmed cases of COVID-19 who either attended City Gym, Darlinghurst, while infectious or acquired their infection at the venue. Image
People who attended this gym at certain times on 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 or 25 October 2021 are considered casual contacts and must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.
There are more than 500 COVID-19 testing locations across NSW, many of which are open seven days a week. To find your nearest clinic: nsw.gov.au/covid-19/stay-…

One new case was acquired overseas, and 16 cases have been excluded following further investigation. The total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic is 74,698.
Sadly, NSW Health is today reporting the deaths of two people.

A woman in her 90s died at the Tarrawanna aged care facility, north of Wollongong, where she acquired her infection. She was not vaccinated and is the fourth death linked to an outbreak at this facility.

One new case was acquired overseas, and 10 cases have been excluded following further investigation. The total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic is 74,163. Image
Sadly, NSW Health is today reporting the deaths of three people – two men and one woman.

One person was in their 30s, one person was in their 70s, and one person was in their 80s.

Two people were from Sydney’s inner west and one person was from western Sydney.
Two people were not vaccinated, and one person had received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine shortly before testing positive. This case, a man in his 30s from Sydney’s inner west, died at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

A woman in her 30s from the Cessnock area died at John Hunter Hospital. She was not vaccinated and had underlying health conditions.
A man in his 50s from Sydney’s Inner West died at Concord Hospital. He was not vaccinated and had underlying health conditions.

A woman in her 60s from Sydney’s Inner West died at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She was not vaccinated.

No new cases were acquired overseas in the same period. The total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic is 71,210.
Sadly, NSW Health is today reporting the deaths of 10 people with COVID-19 – five women and five men.

Two people were in their 50s, two people were in their 60s, two people were in their 70s, three people were in their 80s and one person was in their 90s.
Three people were from south western Sydney, two people were from southern Sydney, two people were from south eastern Sydney, one person was from the Central Coast, one person was from the Newcastle area, and one person was from the Cessnock area.

There have been 460 COVID-19 related deaths in NSW since 16 June 2021 and 516 in total since the start of the pandemic.
