Schweitzer answered the question. He just did it like a coy politician. He says HE didn’t fire her. He points to Human Resources and identifies the Premier’s office as running HR.

So that narrows it down to a few people.
It could be the premier, his chief of staff, or Director of Issues Management. Maybe a couple others, but that’s it.
A likely scenario was Dreeshen complaining to Kenney that his ex intimate partner was harassing him. Kenney said get rid of her and one of the others made it happen. But that’s a guess.
The question remains, did Dreeshen get a lecture from Kenney about inappropriateness of sleeping with the staff and drinking to oblivion at the Legislature? Or did he turn a blind eye.
Of note: Schweitzer was demoted by Bumbles. And replaced with a Dominionist. Indicating Schweitzer is not part of the radically religious crowd.

Madu is.
The divide in UCP is between the radically religious Wildrose and the far right libertarians who still retain some modicum of morals and ethics.

It’s the same divide in CPC.
Dominionists have a firm grip on power and want more extreme policies implemented. More in line with their quasi-religious fascistic beliefs and values.

Sounds like after the fourth wave death policies, the Austrian economy libertarians are having second thoughts about Kenney.
Leela Aheer is a Dominionist. They are having second thoughts about Kenney’s commitment to the ideology as well.

Both Aheer and Schweitzer were demoted by Kenney.

Unsurprising. Narcissistic autocrats surround themselves with “yes men” to prevent a challenge to their power.
Kenney has open mutiny from both factions. Meaning he hasn’t consolidated his power enough to ward off challenges to his authority. Unlike Trump, he does not command loyalty. Waining support from the base means power is up for grabs.
Aheer and Schweitzer might be challenging Kenney for control of the party.

It’s not that I believe Schweitzer is any better than Kenney. He’s be less sadistic, but he doesn’t have the charisma to lead a UCP divided party. Neither does Aheer. Kenney is aware of that.
The interesting thing about opportunistic ideological extremists is that loyalty isn’t part of the equation.

The ends justify the means. So stabbing your leader in the back to save the cause isn’t disloyalty. It’s safekeeping power. Image

There are times when PMJT is amazing. He certainly is in his element when answering questions in a crowd. Especially when people are asking honest questions and not loaded questions that act like land mines. I admire his skills to relate to others. It’s inspiring.
But I’m not sure if those who watched this caught the bombshell he announced during this Q&A session.

I imagine it will come to the forefront in a matter of days at COP26. But the writing is on the wall for the Canadian O&G industry.
PMJT announced that the ceiling of fossil fuel expansion has been reached. There will be no more expansion of the fossil fuel industry. From this point forward, O&G is in decline. Sunsetting the industry is now the goal and replacing it with green energy options.

As predicted, the federal government will take this case to the Supreme Court to get a final decision.

To expect otherwise is foolish and fails to acknowledge the multiple precedents these rulings will set.

Anyone surprised by this decision shouldn’t be.
If you know what the case is about, it’s clear why the government will not let this fade without a Supreme Court ruling.

The decision to expand the mandate of CHRT should be made by parliament, not by the courts.
It’s like PHAC grabbing more power by making a decision outside of their purview. You’d expect the federal government to seek a court decision to reverse that breach of protocol.

That’s the reason I write. Collect information and analyze it. My health doesn’t permit me to do much more. But the cognitive ability is still intact and functions just fine.

I support LPC because they are the ONLY political party that acknowledges ALL indigenous peoples.
I have NEVER suggested FN narratives be silenced. I’ve merely recommended they be open and honest. I won’t tell you how to feel or think. Because I don’t believe that’s an ethical action. But you regularly tell others what they should think, as do members of your faction.
I’ve never delegitimated the option to not reconcile. That isn’t what I want, but it remains a valid option. For this fascist FN faction, that’s what reconciliation is. Regardless of what other indigenous peoples want. Dissent from that belief means exclusion from the in group.

When I was very young my parents left me with my grandparents because they couldn’t afford to feed me. I was a baby. My father had been fired and my parents had to move back to Edmonton from Drumheller. With no job, we moved into my grandparents house in Alberta Avenue.
When my parents found jobs I stayed with my grandparents because my parents were working shift work at crazy hours and my grandmother was adamant I have a regular schedule and some stability. I stayed with them until I was 2.5 years old. I then returned to my parents home.
My mother got pregnant and my brother was born a few months before my 4th birthday. I was excited. I wanted to name him Tommy after my favourite cousin. But my mom named him after her father, Joseph. My grandfather was actually Jozef because he was Polish. My brother became Joey.

Look Canada, Lethbridge Police are making threats against a sitting MLA and a journalist who alerted the public to the MLA being illegally surveilled and a few other concerning (police state like) behaviours conducted by LPD.
So that’s concerning.

The police are threatening politicians and reporters. Both of whom are women.

I’ll say it again. The police are threatening women for exposing their corruption
One more time! POLICE ARE THREATENING 2 WOMEN FOR REVEALING HOW COMPROMISED THE LETHBRIDGE POLICE ARE.

Good to know my tax dollars are paying for drunk staff and ministers instead of actual work on issues.

Who paid for the booze? Who drove those idiots home? Or did they DUI and just not get caught.

Can this government be any less qualified to hold office?
At least Klein admitted he was a drunk and cleaned himself up after embarrassing himself by throwing coins at homeless men.

Resign Dreeshen. Sleeping with political staff while advocating for Dominionist movement. Do as I say, not as I do. Typical conservative hypocrite.
But is anyone actually surprised? Horrified. I expected as much.

The introduction of scandal distracts from the incompetence of this government as a whole.

I have sympathy for the women, but come on, everyone knows these men are sexist if not misogynist.
