"Protecting taxpayer money from fraud & waste & punishing those whose illegal activities precipitated this economic crisis are key components to economic recovery, & that's exactly what the bipartisan Fraud Enforcement & Recovery Act does," said Shaheen. "
shaheen.senate.gov/news/press/sha…
Senator Shaheen said this in 2009. But no sooner did she say this than her own state saw and did not punish those truly accountable, for the FRM Ponzi Scheme. There have been numerous cases of public corruption in New Hampshire. So what gives @SenatorShaheen ? NH corruption OK?
The Anti-Fraud Bill introduced by Senator Jeanne Shaheen is apparently meaningless in her own home state of New Hampshire. Just look at FRM Ponzi Scheme, Judge Introcaso fraud, town of Peterborough scam, embezzlement by public officials, the list goes on and on and on.
@SenatorShaheen The State of New Hampshire does not have more pressing issues than correcting and admonishing the fraud against the victims of the FRM scheme. And you yourself introduced the bill against fraud. So address it: newhampshirebulletin.com/2021/06/24/dem…
& you should also address the fraud of the opioid crisis in New Hampshire. Lobbying for Pain Care out of one side, collecting money from the tax payers to treat the addiction from Pain Care opioids out of the other. That's what most people call fraud & abuse of taxpayers money.
Here's another piece of fraud for you, Senator Shaheen: collusion between civil lawyers and prosecutors and local officials to frame a scholarship student, get a state win, get federal $$ for proof of cause and get government contracts as a result.
And another piece of fraud: Concord Police Department obtaining student files from St. Paul's School with no warrant, cold calling prospective victims, training them for intercept calls to targets and blackmailing targets to pay $$$.
And another piece of fraud: asking a criminal defendant to help civil lawyers go after St. Paul's School's money in return for access to exculpatory evidence including police evidence that would prove the criminal defendant not guilty of the crimes the State has convicted him of.
Another piece of fraud: having local public officials create and control the message before a criminal trial in order to taint the jury, help the state win, help the civil lawyers for their multiple Does v St. Paul's $$$ suits
law.lclark.edu/live/files/251…
And another piece of fraud: a local public official present in trial controlling the media, married to the reporter for WMUR granted exclusive court access, using the trial as an "opportunity" for her own $$$ & Senator Shaheen's $$$ political cause.
concordmonitor.com/Archive/2015/0…
Another piece of fraud: Congresswoman Ann Kuster interfering to influence the outcome of a criminal trial. She knew that the NH Supreme Court retrial hearing in Feb 2017 for NH v Owen Labrie was not frivolous but she decided to intervene in January 2017 to influence it.
Congresswoman Ann Kuster decided to interfere again in April 2017 to influence the outcome of the retrial hearing. It was denied a few days after her interference. Then she interfered again in March 2018 before the appeals 6 months later with her intro of a propaganda memoir.
Why did Congresswoman Ann Kuster interfere with the judicial process in NH v Owen Labrie? Because the State of NH wanted money and contracts. And they worked with hillimpact.com to do this. Hill Impact has helped secure $21 billion in Gov. Contracts.
Hillimpact.com was formed the very same week that Congresswoman Ann Kuster told Congress "We are all Emily Doe". She was per FOIA, reading a statement written by Dem Caucus rep Professor Michele Dauber, not Chanel Miller to whom it is attributed. prweek.com/article/139834…
Congresswoman Kuster knew that she had engaged in using a lie, influencing a criminal trial to get money for the state of New Hampshire and for contracts. And it is this lie that she was trying to cover up when she called ABC to block it from airing its interview with Owen Labrie
Congresswoman Ann Kuster's self-described care about rape on campus is an utter joke. She used to lobby for Rohypnol, a date rape drug. She heard testimony from women who'd been gang raped under its influence. She is fickle. It's about money and contracts, not safety for her.
Neither Senator Jeanne Shaheen nor Congresswoman Kuster have spoken up about the failures of the DCYF, the abuse of children under its care, the deletion of files pertaining to sexual assault cover ups while Senator Hassan's husband was head of Phillips Exeter Academy either.
"NH DCYF has failed every independent audit it has undergone since 2015. A 2018 audit by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services found that DCYF was "substantially out of compliance with protecting children from abuse and neglect."

"Deborah Bradley, a connection specialist for children of foster care and adoptions for the Division of Children, Youth, and Families. Those allegations seemingly disappeared and the victim remained in the family's home for another two years." @GracieGato
patch.com/new-hampshire/…
@State0fCorrupt is absolutely right. The State of NH is corrupt and it is the Deep State. Taxpayers are paying for the State to indulge in horrific crimes against children which the state covers up & hides under the rug.
This is what they think about children who are abused by State of New Hampshire employees using taxpayer money to abuse: "victim negligence".Horrific but true & their state officials are silent just collecting more fed $$$ to carry on.
abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/v…
& The Deep State of New Hampshire is a bipartisan effort: Rep. Governor, Rep. AG, Rep NH SC. Dem Senators, Congress members. And lobbyists in each major law firm all tied to the AG's office and covering for each other. Our taxpayer money feeds this horror.

And don't think the Koch brothers are not involved in New Hampshire...they are. Firmly. bridgeproject.com/koch-brothers-…

@State0fCorrupt @YouTube @TuckerCarlson @xt52017black When you have a Secretary of State that has been there for 40 years and the entire state is run by families that are all interconnected, it is no wonder that New Hampshire has to be Number 1 in the US for Corruption. Private sector/other states would not tolerate what goes on.
@State0fCorrupt @YouTube @TuckerCarlson @xt52017black I urge everyone to watch the body language of the public officials. You can tell by watching that they know what's going on, they know they don't have a valid answer for it but they play along because admitting it would jeopardize their positions.
@State0fCorrupt @YouTube @TuckerCarlson @xt52017black 1999:
"There has been widespread dissatisfaction for some time in New Hampshire, they say, with the state's clubby, closed-door method of handling complaints against judges and other lawyers. "

The points brought up about the run around you get when you report a police officer's misconduct are more than valid. It is a closed circuit system that ensures there is no accountability. It's a problem for everyone except the public officials it benefits @GovChrisSununu
"In my opinion, Governor Sununu and the AG’s office have been using their power to go after political dissenters and people who expose corruption." - Aaron Day. I agree and it is a very big problem.

It was unconstitutional, a violation of 1st amendment rights for a City of Concord Official to launch a national campaign to block ABC/GMA from airing an interview in July 2019 that would have exposed police corruption and civil lawyer bribery in New Hampshire.

@GracieGato This ties Introcaso to Tina Nadeau (related by marriage. Tina Nadeau's husband is an Introcaso).
Tina Nadeau is a defendant in this case - family court case from a man in prison accused of burning his house down but they didn't preserve the evidence & let his wife build a new house without going through due process...?! nhd.uscourts.gov/sites/default/…
Didn't they just burn down River Dave's house as well...?
