10.30.21 LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS WITH VACCINE MANDATES IN THE USA. Hi, friends. Tonight I'm trying to work through a backlog of DMs, and I am getting a lot of requests for legal information regarding vaccine mandates in the United States.

This is not normally something I would cover, but I am going to cover it for two reasons: First, this issue is really hurting our ability to serve as our team members of those who serve the Light stress about this issue, and ....

Second, there is a lot of misunderstanding about how the topic of "free will" is affected by vaccine mandates in our lives as we serve here on this planet. Hopefully, I can save many of you hundreds in legal fees by this post.

My qualifications to talk about this topic are as follows: I have a Juris Doctor degree and a postgraduate fellowship in law, as well as as a two year MBA, focusing in corporate risk management. I've been an attorney for 25 years in the USA, the last 12 as a corporate attorney.

At the beginning of this discussion, let me say at the outset that this may not be the answers you were hoping to receive. You probably can find an attorney who will take your money and blow smoke at you. I am not that type of attorney. I will tell you the truth.

I will talk first about the issue of "Free Will," and whether your free will is violated by your employer making a vaccine mandate to continue your employment. Does it violate your free will to have your employer do such a thing?

Unfortunately, for those who do not want to get vaccinated (and I have no opinion one way or the other on what you should do), the answer is "No." It does not violate your Free Will.

The reason is that when we own property on this planet, such as the land on which your home sits, or a company which employs different people to do various jobs, we have a "bundle of rights," and one of those right is to determine how our property will be used.

Say, for example, someone you don't know wants to come into your house and sleep on your couch, rent free, and use your kitchen and bathroom anytime they want. Obviously, that is unreasonable. We get to decide who comes into our home and what they do when they come in.

The owners of businesses have the same rights with regard to what they allow as terms of employment. In almost every case except one that has a formal contract with terms of employment that cannot be changed, employees are considered employees "at will."

This means that company owners or administrators can, "at will," change the terms of your employment. They can decide what they will demand from you in order for you to continue to work there. This is especially true with anything that could raise their costs or cause problems.

A pandemic raises a lot of costs for employers. When an employee is out sick for an extended period of time, or in quarantine, the company has additional costs to try to cover them, or lost profit from that employee's not being at work. They can lose business because of it.

They can also have huge increases in their health insurance premiums they pay all or part of for their employees, if their employees are not doing everything that can reasonably be done to stay healthy. This includes being vaccinated.

Treating a Covid patient in a hospital is especially labor and equipment intensive, and is very expensive. Insurance companies will pass along the increase in their payments to employers who pay premiums, unless the employer guarantees to control costs by preventing illness.

Because the employer has a financial stake in whether or not its employees stay healthy and don't get something that can be vaccinated for, they have every legal right to demand their employees get vaccinated, so that the company does not lose more money due to the pandemic.

Some governors who really want to get re-elected, and other legislators who have no idea how businesses actually work, have tried to pass laws to make company vaccine mandates illegal in their state. Those don't work, however, for one big reason.

If a business is one which has any income or contracts with the federal government, the federal vaccine mandates that have gone into effect supersede the states' individual efforts to prohibit vaccine mandates in companies, federal contractors, federal employees, etc..

This is because in the United States, our Constitution has a "Supremacy Clause," which makes the laws of the federal government superior to state laws. States can only pass equally or more restrictive laws to the federal governments,' not less restrictive laws.

If you work for a company that is mandating vaccines, your free will choice is to either get the vaccine they are requiring, or get another job. The idea of free will does not protect you in this instance, because this is how the law works in the USA, on this planet.

I know this doesn't make a lot of people happy, but this is the law in the United States. A lot of lawyers are making a lot of money threatening employers in letters they are charging good money for, but the law is very clear and well-established on vaccines.

In the United States, our federal government has been requiring vaccines since the Revolutionary War. George Washington required all of his soldiers to be vaccinated for smallpox--and the way they did it back they was really awful.

I know this isn't what so many of you want to hear, but this is the truth about the law. The other truth is that all of this fighting about Covid and vaccination is causing so much negative energy that it drops the bandwidth of the collective consciousness a lot.

As I stated in another thread awhile ago, viruses are a Third Density, Third and Fourth Dimensional energetic problem. All energy evolves toward consciousness. The reason Covid has mutated is not because of vaccines--it is because energy moves toward consciousness.

Bugs that are negative manifestations of the collective consciousness of Humanity, such as flies and mosquitoes, started out as negative energetic manifestations such as viruses. Then the energy mutates into one celled organisms eventually, and continues to develop consciousness.

The more negative energy we put into the collective consciousness, the more dangerous the Covid virus will get. It has already evolved, and we are already watching, a virus that is so mutated that it will be viewed as an entirely new virus. It will be much more deadly.

Although your employer may not care about your free will, I do, and I ask you to do what you feel is right to manage your own risks. Try to resolve this problem quickly, for the sake of all of us. We are all jeopardized by the pandemic continuing to evolve and mutate.

Many of us will lose the opportunity to serve in this lifetime by the continuing deaths from Covid Delta and its variants, as well as the new virus we expect could hit in the very near future. Working together to end the pandemic, we could still avoid that new virus.

It is true that many who planned to leave at this time have used Covid for that purpose, which is fine. Others, though, did not plan on leaving now, and have been very disappointed to get Covid, and leave before they were ready to go. Covid is a terrible way to die.

I have stood with the dying and their family members as I worked at the hospital as a chaplain. Covid is a horrible way to die. It is very painful. Those who die slowly drown in their own bodily fluids. It is horrible for their family members to have to watch, as well.

Whatever way you decide to manage your own risks, we need to come together and work together to end this pandemic. It is taking too much of the time and effort we hoped to give to helping Humanity grow through their Ascension Transition period.

I have told you the truth about the legal situation with the mandates. I have told you the truth on the free will analysis of how it works. If you are in a country other than the USA, you can compare how your own laws work, but most countries have similar laws.

This is especially true if you live in a country that was once a British colony, as the laws in those countries, such as the USA, date clear back to the time Great Britain ruled the world. Our laws evolved very similarly over the centuries since then.

I have the seen the souls of those dying from Covid, and I can tell you they are always surprised, and always so sad that they are leaving their families in such a sad state due to a disease they could have prevented one way or the other.

None of the Guardian Alliance of this planet wants this Ascension Transition period to be so thoroughly marred by Covid as it is now. There is so much disappointment that the collective consciousness has degraded by so much fighting over a virus and how to prevent dying from it.

Please take good care of your health, however you decide to do that. We will soon return to our homes where we have Fifth Dimensional energy available to prevent viruses before they start. For now, though, we are working within the constraints of the energetic bandwidth here.

Human problems require human solutions. That is the agreement we made when we came to serve here--to live and work within the constraints of Third Density medical knowledge and skills, and Third and Fourth Dimensional energetic bandwidth.

I, and all of those in your soul groups, oversoul, or gestalt, want to see you stay healthy, and serve in joy here during our last years here on this planet. Please find a way to do that. Take good care of your health.

Hopefully, those who were going to pay a lawyer can maybe donate some of what you would have paid to someone who could truly use the money. So many are suffering financially because of the pandemic. We need to all work together to get through this.

Please note that this is my last word on the subject. This is good legal information, and there is no point in arguing about it. It won't change anything to do that. Learning to live within the laws here on this planet is one of the difficult adjustments we have to make to serve.
