I just DMed some accessibility advice re @ace_national National Lottery Project Grants and thought I would share here as well.

.@ace_national accessibility support includes:
_guidance in another format such as BSL, Braille, Easy Read and Large Print
_BSL applications
_paying for a support worker
_Help managing your project + making your project accessible

.@ace_national should be able to match you with an Access Support worker for up to 4 days of Project Grant applications.

And sharing more detail about the access support you need.

Look at examples of successful applications with a friend before you start your own application.

To apply for a grant you first need to register with Grantium.

artscouncil.org.uk/get-funding/ou…

Then:
_log in
_click on 'Browse Programmes'
_click on register National Lottery Project Grant
_select applicant (your account)
_give a project name
_eligibility questionnaire + amount

Now you should be able to access the actual application form.

Beware, National Lottery Project Grant forms will soon be updated/changed (November 30th?).

Managing expectations/rejection.

According to the latest @ace_national Case for Diversity report, success rate for Project Grant applications is 32% for differently-abled.

Handling rejection is really hard.
Take extra gentle care, ask for help and find what works for you <3
