Dominic Black bought #kyleRittenhouse the gun, because they knew he legally couldn't. Black is the first person Rittenhouse called when he shot Rosenbaum, and ran off as others provided medical aid. Remember Rittenhouse said he was there to provide aid if needed
#KyleRittenhouse friend Dominic Black, claims that Boack not his Dad agreed to let Rittenhouse take the gun from his dad's house. 2/
Black said he was worried about being hurt because all the violence in #kenosha, so he went on the roof of Car Source. Admits he aimed his gun at protesters hiding in the dark and told them to leave.Owner met with multiple groups to protect the property and allowed roof access 3/
Black is facing 2 felonies for providing gun to #KyleRittenhouse, but says on stand he is willing to waive 5th amendment to tell his side of story. Agrees there is no agreement with DA to compel him to talk. 4/
Black agrees that he hopes the DA will recommend no prison, if he cooperates, but no agreements made. Defense implies Black's girlfriend (Kyle's sister) may make statements that Black asked her to get the story straight with them, to keep him out of trouble. Black disagreed. 5/
Black says him and Rittenhouse agreed that Kyle couldn't have gun til he was 18. The night of the shooting, Kyle took gun, but Black claims he never gave it a 2nd thought, that Kyle had gun. They even bought slings for guns. Blacks trial was rescheduled for after Kyle's trial 6/
Dominic Black (1st witness) left the stand and the State called 2nd witness, Koerri Washington, a social media influencer. Washington live streamed events in Kenosha the night #KyleRittenhouse shot multiple people. 7/
Koerri Washington was mainly asked questions to get a feel for what the night was like and go through is livestream. Claimed about 15 to 25 armed individuals protected property and there were suspicious individuals out on the 25th.
#KyleRittenhouseTrial 8/
Martin Howard of Kenosha PD was called to the stand. Says his duties were working out of unmarked car, making sure noone was getting gas about 2hrs before curfew (8pm), watching groups of cars coming in, gathering video of the night and set up checkpoints on freeway. 9/
Defense previously argued that Rosenbaum was threatening people and yelling "shoot me ni**a," but defense used a hard R 🤔 (big difference). Kenosha PD witness confirms Rosenbaum had no weapon. Only a plastic bag, that right wing media called a molotov for months. 10/
Dominic Black willingly gave his phone to be downloaded and now faces two felonies and seems @BGOnTheScene was arrested for curfew violation and they found weed and handed over video. @BGOnTheScene did they cite you are give you an ultimatum to give over video or get cited? 11/
Martin Howard of KPD says they got warrant for phone of Gaige Grosskreutz who was shot by #KyleRittenhouse. They noted Gaige approached Rittenhouse while filming and said "did you just shoot him" (Rosenbaum). They interviewed Gaige, but didn't record the interview. 12/
KPD did not execute the warrant for Grosskruetz phone because of Marsy's law, a law that was meant to strengthen victims rights that compare to rights given to defendants. 13/
#KyleRittenhouseTrial started the day by talking about striking jury #7 for a joke they made to a cop outside court that was rumored to have been something like "why did they shot Jacob Blake 7 times, because they ran out of bullets" 14/
Defense questioned detective Howard about why he didn't execute warrent for Grosskruetz phone, but did with Huber's phone. Detective argued he could because Huber was deceased, the defense disagreed. Defense then implied the prosecutor was coaching detective with head nods. 15/
The state called Richie McGinniss, who works for the @DailyCaller. He reported that Kyle lied to him about age & being an EMT. It's interesting to listen to right wing journalists without all the hyperbole, when they know they are talking to a judge, attorneys and the public 16/
They played @RichieMcGinniss video of him following #KyleRittenhouse as he offers medical. Kyle comes across 4 black males, one calls Kyle on his shit and says Kyle was pointing his gun at them earlier, telling them to get out of the car, now he's yelling medical. 17/
McGinniss says Rosenbaum lunged for gun, Kyle dodged by swinging gun around, then shooting. Prosecutor points out minor inconsistencies. Mcginniss clarifies saying it was unclear if Rosenbaum was lunging or falling when shot, or whether he would have fallen if not shot 18/
McGinniss says there were more guns in Kenosha than he has seen at any protest other then Seattle. Defense says bc "you can't open carry in places like Portland or you'll be arrested?" McGinniss agreed. This is not true! Defense says you saw both sides w guns, McGinnis says no 19/
McGinniss says he generally felt unsafe out that evening. Rocks in hands and phone almost being stolen created fear, but it was mainly all the guns that made him feel unsafe. Worried something would pop off. 20/
Ryan Balch (Kyle teamed up with Balch) takes the stand. He didn't know about Car Source before that night, but met there. Balch came with a crew, there was Kyle's crew and 2 vans of guys that said they worked for Blackwater the infamous private military contractor 21/
Sidenote: Blackwater was founded by Erik Prince, brother of US dept of Ed, Betsy Devos under Trump. Known for many human rights atrocities overseas. They are now Academi. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackwate…
22/
Balch says most of guys with Blackwater crew had melee weapons (bats, axe, ect) and appeared to be there for a brawl.
23/
One of Balch's guys, Dustin Collette, brought "pepper spray grenades" and handed these out. Im wondering about civilian pepper spray grenades now. Balch only brought lethal weapons and said he was there to deter rioting and looting. 24/
Ryan Balch says a female deputy approached him and #KyleRittenhouse around 9pm, and said they (the police) were getting ready to push all the protesters toward thier armed group and then it will be on them from there. 25/
Balch says most the protesters were not comfortable with Rosenbaum or the male and female with him. When questioned by prosecutor, Balch said he never saw the male and female talking to Rosenbaum, but they were near eachother multiple times through the night. 26/
Balch complains about police gassing the area, and he testified that they gassed because protesters were amongst them and police didn't like that. Balch says gas was deployed right before they offered them water and thanked them for being there 27/
Balch made statement to FBI that Rosenbaum had a plastic bag with ingredients for molotov cocktails. On the stand he testified it seems that wasn’t true. He also never mentioned to FBI the two people he percieved to be with Rosenbaum. Balch was allowed to step down. Day end. 28/
#KyleRittenhouseTrial (Fri) started by calling Jason Laskowski to the stand. He met Balch after serving in marine Corp. Says he was there to deter property destruction. Says he intended to function based on "shout, shove, show (firearm), shoot, to deter.
Laskowski never had to do more than shout.Testified that he didn't know the name of Car lot he was protecting. Differentiates between protesters & those there to cause havoc, in which he called "A-holes". The judge objected to censored word, but not defense saying ni**er
30/
Laskowski remembers Rosenbaum, considered him a babbling idiot that was making threats, but did not feel threatened.
31/
Lakowski testifies he had an AR, a knife & CS gas, put out multiple fires with feet & extinguisher. When shots fired, he ran toward shots, ran into Kyle who said something he didn't recall. Lakowski reviewed statement and said Kyle said "I didn't shoot anyone", but needed help 32/
Lakowski then told #KyleRittenhouse to run to police, Lakowski followed Kyle. He heard more gun shots from behind and then testifies that he blacked out. Next thing he remembers is helping Gaige with his gunshot wound.
33/
Lakowski was cross examined and says he was not at all threatened by Rosenbaum even when he was "false stepping", but would potentially feel different if he was being charged at or had life threatened by Rosenbaum. 34/
Lakowski testified that chlorine bombs and rocks were being thrown at him and his group at certain parts of the night.
35/
Defense questions that Lakowski may have heard Kyle wrong when he claims Kyle said "I didn't shoot anyone, I need help." Defense asks if Kyle could have said "I shot someone, I need help." Lakowski says he does not recall. 36/
Lakowski testifies someone pointed at gun on ground while he was helping Gaige, so he pushed someone out of the way, grabbed gun, dropped magazine and cleared the chamber. The gun was ready to shoot. 37/
Lakowski testified that he was mistaken as #KyleRittenhouse by many people/media because he was also wearing a green shirt. Prosecution argues again whether Lakowski was wrong in hearing Kyle say "I didn't shoot anyone". Objection sustained as defense was argumentative. 38/
Amber Rasmussen employed by Wisconsin state crime lab as DNA analyst, takes stand. They recieve evidence, develop a DNA profile, compare to known individuals. Defense confirms report is hers w 3 sets of swabs from firearm; 2 from magazine & 3 standard samples from individuals 39/
Three Standard/reference samples were from Rosenbaum, Huber & Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse sample was taken of cheek. Other two were from dried blood. Lots of technical terms but summary of gun swabs from Rittenhouse gun, of 3 people only Rittenhouse DNA on gun
40/
Prosecutors claim Huber touched gun, but no DNA was detected. Rasmussen says that could be due to lack of DNA on hands, wiping item down, heat, moisture or time passing. 41/ Image
Defense points out the barrel gaurd was swabbed, but not the barrel, so Rasmussen couldn't say whether DNA was on barrel. Rasmussen confirms that no DNA detected doesn't mean person didn't touch it. Amber Rasmussen dismissed. 42/ Image
Susan Hughes, great aunt of Anthony Huber, takes stand. Had a special/close relationship with Huber. Hughes knew Huber to always have a skateboard and used as transport. Skating was a big part of his life. Hughes testified Huber knew Jacob Blake and talked about him.
43/ Image
Karianne Swart, fiancee of Rosenbaum took stand. Testifies she knew him since Aug 2019 when they were homeless, they talked outside her hotel the day of his death. He had hospital bag with hygiene supplies. 44/ Image
Swart testifies he couldn't get meds because @Walgreens was closed due to protest/riot. They separated hopeful about relationship with things to work on. She told him to stay away from downtown bc riots. Stated he didn't like guns, defense objected & was sustained. 45/
She recieved call about his death at 4am, dropping to ground and breaking down. After she got on kenosha scanner page and saw video. Can't get video out of her head still. Visited scene the next morning, putting hand in his blood and collapsed again. 46/
Concern about relevance of Rosenbaum trading meds. Judge allows state to ask about what meds he took. Gabapentin for bipolar, am antidepressant and sleep aid. Previously effexor for depression, seroquel for sleep. Judge said info on meds is admissible. Had jury return. 47/
Side note: It's Concerning the prosecutor who convicts so many people with mental illness, hadn't heard of these meds. They are some of most commonly prescribed meds. 48/
Sahil Khindri employee of Car Source and son of owner, takes stand. He got phone call from police about riot/property destruction. Sahil goes by Sal, his brother the manager goes by Sam. Sal said he never talked to anyone about protecting property 49/
Anmol Khindri (Sam), inventory manager of Car Source, takes stand. Prosecutor shows text Sam received from a Kyle, asking if he needed his property protected and would be armed.Sam said he didn't know who text was from, and he gave his number out 100s/1000s of times since mon 50/ ImageImage
Anmol (Sam) says he didn't talk to anyone about protecting Car Source property, never provided permission or keys to enter or get on roof like was reported by Others.Sam did not talk to former employee Nick Smith that night, but in photo with them.Smith came with Kyle & Black 51/
[My opinion] It becomes increasingly clear Anmol (Sam) Khindri is attempting to hide his collaboration with armed men protecting his property & play it off, like they did so without thier permission. Seemed at first that Dominic Black lied, now it seems Sam is lying. But why? 52/
Defense asks Sam if he's concerned about being sued bc he gave permission for armed men to protect his property that ended up killing someone. Sam dodges question, then says he doesn't understand, then finally says no. Very interesting. Watch@ 5:42:45

53/
Defense tells Sam, Dominic Black already said Sam gave them permission to protect property. Sam says he did not give permission. Defense asks if Black is lying and was met with an objection. 54/
Sam continues to act confused around simple question asking if he asked for help from former employees, Nick Smith and Justin Hamilton, to put out fires on his property. Dodges question again, finally says yes, then retracts saying he needs to review video. 55/
Sam later admits that he actually did give Kyle Rittenhouse his phone number and talked to him multiple times(but earlier said he didn't know who the text was from, that was addressed from a Kyle). Also said he didn't let anyone go in and out of his business like seen on video
56/
Sam said niether him or his brother provided a ladder like reported by others. Said they made a way to the roof on thier own. Said he saw a truck the next morning with thier tires stacked onto the cab. Implied that's how they got up, but he wasn't there. 57/
End of questioning of Sam by State was a dispute about whether they had insurance for property. Sam said they did, but in earlier interview said they were working with attorney to get insurance to cover part of arson damage to cars. Don't know relevance but seems important 58/
Erich Weidner of Kenosha PD took stand next. Weidner was working patrol on night of killing by #KyleRittenhouse and is an evidence technician that processed the crime scene where Rosenbaum was killed.
59/
Weidner found (2) 40 Cal casings (suspected handgun) on 63rd in the street and (2) in parkway. Where Rosenbaum was killed he found (2) .223 Remington Aguila casings. (2) found days later under cars. Also a 9mm casing on 63rd. Placard at top was blood, others were casings
60/ ImageImage
Officer Weidner also found a black ski mask that he was unsure whether was related to crime. He did not find a clear plastic bag or a fire extinguisher.
61/ Image
State called KPD officer/evidence technician Jeffrey VanWie to stand. VanWie is the person that swabbed Rittenhouse's & Dominic Black's guns. Rittenhouse had 30 round mag with 22 rounds with different brand .223. No magazine with Black's gun. Worked with ATF to log all info
62/ Image
Defense cross-examine, VanWie says they swab the same areas unless directed otherwise. He was not directed to swab the barrel. Rittenhouse had a sight, but was not mounted. He didn't know whether it was a laser sight. VanWie was dismissed.
63/
KPD officer Pep Moretti took stand. He worked patrol with officer Kreger(sp?).They heard gun shots and were getting calls while on foot then drove toward shots fired. When arriving, they still heard shots in city and people scream. Stopped on 60th and Sheridan, blocks away.
64/ Image
Moretti didn't get close because thier patrol vehicle didn't have ballistic protection & vests were rated for handguns. Waited for Bear cats to pass & followed. That's when they saw Rittenhouse approaching them with hands up.
65/
Moretti told Kyle to get out of the way. Moretti didn't think he was shooter, because usually shooters listen to commands when surrendering, Kyle wasn't.Kyle approached, so they pepper sprayed him & pulled weapon.Cop then goes on copaganda rant about ambushes and city on fire
66/
Officer Morreti says pepper spray had desired effect because he walked away, they proceeded & ran into Gaige GrossKruetz, where he was loaded into bear cat in which they escorted to hospital. He testifies that there was still gunfire and felt there was still an active threat
67/
They then heard "officer down", which was actually a security gaurd that couldn't be found. No officer shot. Doctor told Morreti, Rosenbaum was deceased. He collected Rosenbaum clothing, took pic, secured in body bag & kept in hospital morgue. @CourtTV cut out. Day end. 68/
11/8 #KyleRittenhouseTrial
Gaige Grosskreutz takes stand. Was asked if he had been convicted of crime, response was once. Then lays out his education and work as an EMT/Paramedic. Worked for an ambulance company that did interfacility transfers. Talks about trauma of gunshots
69/ Image
Turned to attendance at #GeorgeFloyd protests in Milwaukie of summer 2020. The ones he attended never had property destruction or fires. Started offering medical aid with others, because there was none. So they decided to not participate in demonstrations while being medic.
70/
Grosskreutz said he provided aid for about 75 days, mainly aid in response to protesters not taking care of themselves, like not drinking water in heat.
71/
Grosskreutz talks about medic supplies he brought to Kenosha after shooting of Jacob Blake and that he was armed like usual. He had a conceal carry permit that had expired. He carried a Gen 4 Glock (.40 cal) in small of his back.
72/
Upon arrival to #kenosha protest/riot, protesters and police were already clashing, water bottles thrown, police shooting protesters with impact munition. He immediately helped with pepper spray in someone's eyes. Helped about 10ppl that night, besides self when he was shot.
73/
Grosskreutz also livestreamed as an @ACLU observer. He stated he did not know or recall seeing Rosenbaum, or any threats toward Kyle or his buddies. He remembers the gloves Kyle wore. Shares that as a medic you don't ever wear the same gloves all night.
74/
Grosskreutz was south of ultimate gas, video recording when he heard gun shots. When he saw people running and yelling medic, he ran south toward gun fire. That's when he came to Rittenhouse running away and asked Kyle "who is shot" "did you shoot someone."
75/
Grosskreutz thought Kyle said "I'm working with the police, I didn't do anything", but what he said was "I'm going to the police". This made him think to when Balch said police were gonna push protesters to the armed men.He decided to turn and run the same direction as Kyle 76/
People yelled Kyle shot someone, and that is when multiple people went after him, Kyle fell, and shot Huber and Grosskreutz. Grosskruetz said Kyle aimed gun at him with hands up, pulled trigger (no shot), re-racked weapon before shooting again.Said he thought he was gonna die
77/
After Grosskreutz thought Kyle first pulled trigger and reracked, he tried to close the distance & maybe detain Kyle or wrestle gun away, he was shot. Said he was not trying to shoot defendent, he is not capable or comfortable taking a life.Goes against ethics he has lived by
78/
Two exhibit presented
1st image of Grosskreutz after being shot, with Glock in hand. Says he never fired gun. 2nd image was @CjHalliburton applying tourniquet while Grosskreutz and Lakowski gave instruction. Balch in back. After this cops came in bear cat and took Grosskreutz
79/ ImageImage
During cross examination, the defense asks Grosskreutz if he was chasing Kyle with his glock in hand. He denies this is true. Then asks Grosskreutz if he spoke at a rally and said "long live the revolution", he says this is true.
80/
Defense brings up that Grosskreutz is suing Kenosha for $10M and failed to note in suit that he possessed a gun when he was shot. Defense confirms that #RittenhouseTrial could impact Grosskreutz civil suit.
81/
Defense points out Grosskreutz omitted fact that he had gun when he was shot during interview with police. Grosskreutz says it wasn't intentional. He had just endured significant trauma, just out of surgery & medicated.
82/
During interview with police he refused to say where he works due to safety concerns or give permission to police to look through phone. Also didn't answer ?'s about shooting Previously he testified about threats & harrassment of him & family from Rittenhouse supporters.
83/
Initially Grosskreutz disagrees that Rittenhouse didn't shoot him, until Grosskreutz gun was pointed at Kyle. Defense words question and Grosskreutz agrees Kyle shot after his gun was pointed at Kyle
84/
Defense asks if Grosskreutz has regrets, he responds "no". Defense then brings up social media post from former roommate. It is objected to based on hearsay. They break to resolve objection.
85/
Defense asks about his former roommate claiming that Grosskreutz said "my only regret is not killing him [Kyle]". Grosskreutz denied saying this.
86/
Grosskreutz said he never intentionally pointed gun at Rittenhouse, nor would he have charged toward him if he was gonna shoot. Defense implies Grosskreutz lied, because he misheard Kyle, when Grosskreutz said Kyle lied to him about not shooting anyone.
87/
Grosskreutz confirms that he made an assumption when calling armed men Boogaloo bois. Side note: there is evidence not presented I court this far that some armed men were boog bois
88/
State calls Heather Williams, firearms and tool mark examiner, to the stand. She examines firearms and firearm evidence. Examines if firearm works, safe to test, and then tests to see if fired evidence was used in firearm. She examined firearms in Rittenhouse case.
89/
Williams confirmed that firearm evidence (bullets) we from the submitted firearms.
90/
Officer Jason Krueger takes stand. He responded to shooting with officer Moretti, but was unsure if it was dispatched or if they responded to sound of shots fired
91/ Image
Krueger testifies that Rittenhouse approached squad car, wasn't listening to commands & he pepper sprayed him, because considered him a threat.Only thing he heard from Rittenhouse was something about a shooting.McGinniss later approached then and said he had video of shooting
92/
Krueger says later when shown the video of the shooting he said the shooter "looked familiar". He did not specify what "looked familiar" meant.
93/
Kriston Harris that produces "The Run Down Live" takes stand. He does mainly livestreams at protests out of the Milwaukee area. He used to contribute to now defunct "Cop Block" after being banned. Been citizen journalist since 2011. Covered J6 US capitol riot too. Image
Harris deescalated when an armed man started yelling at protesters unprovoked, "Fuck around and find out". He then agreed with protester to focus on protecting thier property when Kyle started messing with a dumpster in the street.Kyle then tells Harris "I'm a medic"
95/
Cops come through and tell everyone to get away from business and tear gas everyone. The state then talks about the armed man in Rittenhouse group on video talking about shooting protesters through fence. Defense objected because it is Rittenhouse trial, not trial 4 others
96/
State asks if he remembers seeing Risenbaum, he responded "no". In cross examination Harris says he has no evidence of Kyle being a part of a militia. Harris confirms that although Rittenhouse upset protesters by messing with dumpster, he was not being aggressive.
97/
Detective Ben Antaramian with Kenosha PD takes stand. The detective says after initial swabs were done on Kyle's gun, no additional swabs were requested to be done on the gun. Confirms the spent tear gas container Grosskreutz grabbed, could not be made by civilians.
98/ Image
Defense asks why KPD didn't execute a search warrant for Grosskruetz phone. It was Antaramian's 1st time not executing because of Marsy's law. Search warrants were not executed before for other reasons. Prosecuting attorneys advised them to not execute, this was a 1st for him
99/
Antaramian says there was discrepancies in Grosskruetz statements. He tried to address Grosskruetz inconsistencies, but he was advised by attorney to not respond. Grosskruetz did not answer
100/
Detective never asked for search warrant for Hubers skateboard, but were in communication with Huber's girlfriend to get it. They never got skateboard. They got Rittenhouse phone willingly with permission, so no warrant needed.
101/
Detective claims that his perception after watching the McGinniss video that shows Rittenhouse killing Rosenbaum, he believes Rosenbaum wasn't closer then a few feet from Rittenhouse. Not close enough to touch him. 102/
Detective Antaramian & Howard interviewed Joshua Ziminski about the pistol he is holding here and couldn't locate the gun. Ziminski claims the gun was stolen. He was identified previously as the person that shot gun in the air right before Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum.
103/ Image
The defense shows Rosenbaum with a chain. The detective confirms it is a chain and that there was no evidence he was locking anything up.
104/ Image
Image from Fed plane. Kyle(white)was running behind Rosenbaum(blue), Rosenbaum ducks into cars, then gets behind Kyle. Detective says right here, Kyle puts down extinguisher & points gun at Ziminskis (red and green). This was right beside Kyle shot Rosenbaum.
105/ Image
Detective did not feel confident that Grosskruetz was chasing Rittenhouse, but says he was running in the same direction. Defense has detective agree Kyle only shot those that hit him or pulled gun on him, not others.
106/
Detective agrees with Prosecutor that it appeared that when Rosenbaum was yelling "shoot me ni**a" it was because he was upset that someone pointed a gun at them. Answer was objected to as speculation and was sustained. Show video that makes it look like guns were pointed
107/
Detective says he can see Rittenhouse point gun in this drone video if zoomed in. Defense says we can't zoom for jury though. Prosecution is currently getting video Enhanced. Confirmed Risenbaum had stippling on body from gun powder. Day end.
108/ Image
11/9 #KyleRittenhouseTrial
James Armstrong, a forensic imaging specialist, takes the stand. Armstrong enhanced photo on right to better see contents of bag that Rosenbaum carried.
109/ ImageImage
Armstrong provided multiple drone/plane videos labeled, enhanced & slowed down. This video shows Rittenhouse pointing gun at Rosenbaum before he got close and shooting him when he does get close. Says it couldn't be zoomed. 700+ still frames provided from @BGOnTheScene video
110/
Forensic Pathologist, Doug Kelley, takes the stand. Works for Milwaukee County medical examiner. He determined Huber's cause of death was gun shot wound to the chest. Bullet caused damage to both lungs and heart, did not exit and 3 liters total of blood in both chest cavities
111/ Image
Kelley confirms that Rosenbaum was killed by multiple gun shot wounds. Two bullets went into body and didn't exit, one graze wound, gunshot wound to hand and one wound to thigh. Speculated two wounds are from one bullet. Gun powder stippling shows shot was within a few ft
112/
Gun shot wound through Rosenbaum's palm and soot found on hand, is evidence of shot in close proximity. Believes bullet hit hand, hit concrete, fragmented then hit thigh. Shot to head was a graze that goes from back of head to front & downward. These three wounds not fatal.
113/
Dr Kelley analyzes video and compares to wounds. He believes the last two shots (head graze & shot to back) could only have happened when Rosenbaum is horizontal (falling). Four gun shots caused 5 wounds.
114/
The defense demonstrates with Dr Kelley's expertise where Rosenbaum's hand would have been in proximity to Rittenhouse' gun barrel when shot was fired into Rosenbaum's hand.
115/
Dr Kelley testifies when Huber was shot, he was within 4ft of Rittenhouse based on gun powder stippling on Huber. Defense confirms head shot to Rosenbaum, could be consistent with bull rushing with head down and diving. State reiterated it's also consistent with falling.
116/
Dr Kelly believes
1st shot was to the hip
2nd shot to the hand, that ricochet to leg
3rd and 4th are to head and back as Rosenbaum is horizontal. This info doesn't align as well with the argument that Rittenhouse shot first when Rosenbaum grabbed for gun barrel.
117/
Nicholas Smith takes stand. Smith is former Car Source employee, that came with Rittenhouse & Black to Kenosha. Says Sam called him to ask if they could do anything in response to Car Doctor (Car Source mechanic) being on fire. Sam also asked for help from Justin Hamilton.
118/ Image
Smith said Sam Khindri offered $ for help, gave him keys & ladders to get on roof & gave him, Black & Rittenhouse a ride. Sam denied all of this. Smith got body armor from Rittenhouse and stayed on roof. After gunfire, Black called Smith and said they all needed to leave.
119/
After Black called & said things were escalated & they needed to leave, Smith came off roof.He saw Rittenhouse in store, pale, sweating and was saying he shot someone. Smith told Rittenhouse to go outside and turn self in then left. Smith was scared of protester retaliation.
120/
Joanne Fiedler takes the stand. State previously asked Smith if he told Fiedler that police were coming after Rittenhouse shot someone.Smith didn't recall.Fiedler says she supported BLM until city got destroyed, so felt she needed to stand up.She helped start "patriot" Group
121/ Image
Fiedler previously met Balch at previous rallies. She joined Dustin and Balch to protect businesses in #Kenosha. Fiedler agrees with Nick Smith that Sam was grateful for them to be there to protect his business. Sam didn't want them to leave. She remembers Rosenbaum well.
122/
Fiedler says Rosenbaum said "I'm gonna kill you mother fuckers, mother fucking ni**ers (hard R), I will cut your hearts out" in response to armed folks telling "yellow pants man" to get off car he jumped on. Then she saw Rosenbaum lob something, then her eyes watered
123/
Fiedler contacted Rittenhouses mom after incident and told her to "stay strong". She also contacted the defense & gave video to the defense attorney that she didn't give FBI. She initially denied contacting defense. She explained video wasn't hers, but video she came across
124/
Mrs Fiedler leaves out that "yellow pants" had a gun until the prosecutor asked about her group pointing a gun at him. She said "he pointed gun at us first". Then she said she didn't know if anyone pointed gun at "yellow pants."
125/
Fiedler also said they didn't react to Rosenbaum when he was reacting to her group telling yellow pants to get off car. Now she says people were pointing guns at eachother. [Important thing to note]
126/
Fiedler makes many contradicting statements about providing video. Says she didnt give video to defense, didn't have video, only have a little video, didn't communicate with defense attorney, but gave them video. Didn't speak to defense. Told FBI she spoke to defense, ect
127/
Prosecutor points out that the threat she said Rosenbaum made (below), was not found on any video.
128/
Fiedler confirms Rittenhouse said he shot "someone", not three people. He never said any of the 3 people had a gun or threatened him. Prosecutor then reads her statement to FBI that says Nick Smith came in & said cops are coming & everyone left. Smith previously denied this.
129/
Nathan Dubruin, a photographer, takes the stand. He provides his own exhibits, which are his photos that the defense goes through to lay out events of the night. [My opinion] Dubruin puts off big "teachers pet" vibes toward defense attorney. Then things get interesting.
130/ Image
Debruin says he felt tension when meeting with prosecutors. Dubruin claims he was shown picture of Ziminski and told who it was, and asked if he wanted to add Ziminsky's identity to his written statement. He was uncomfortable with this and hired an attorney. Interesting 🤔
131/
Prosecutors & defense asked if he wanted to add anything to his statement, but Debruin was uncomfortable with prosecutors because they wanted him to write it down. State asks if he has a bias and why he went to right wing blogger.Debruin says "No, I'm just a photojournalist"
132/
The blogger that Debruin did interview with had a business relationship with his attorney, Terry Rose, & was at his attorney's office when Debruin had appointment. Debruin says he didn't know blogger was pro Rittenhouse or did smear piece on DA. [I believe this is cracknewz]
133/
Debruin doesnt have anything in his police statement about Grosskreutz pointing gun at Rittenhouse, but has info on Porta potty tipped over. Debruin says he didn't know what was important to include.Prosecution asks if he added info on stand based on video, not what he saw.
134/
Lucas Zanin, who buys and sells houses in Wisconsin and Texas, takes stand. He confirms that his step daughter took video of people breaking windows of cars and then hearing gunshots that killed Rosenbaum. He was there after curfew to capture crimes for prosecution. Day end.

Jacob Marshall, former roommate of Grosskreutz takes stand. Defense asks if FB post he made was true, about Grosskreutz saying his only regret was that he "didn't kill the kid".Marshall said it wasnt true, he made it up in response to threats
136/
Marshall talks about Dustin Collette, one of the armed men with Rittenhouse's group, was one of the people sending him cryptic threats. Both of them still recieve numerous threats.
137/
Defense re-calls Anmol (Sam) Khindri to stand. When questioned again says his dad computed total damages & when taking stand before he didn't know numbers. Then show footage where he told a livestreamer there was $2.5M. He said that # was a mistake bc was they were in shock
138/
#KyleRittenhouse takes stand. Kyle watched video of night before where he saw Car Source on fire, and business owner and cop being assaulted. Next day he helped remove graffiti then went to car source and met Sam and Sal and exchanged numbers with them and offered help.
139/ Image
Nick Smith wanted ride to get bulletproof vest. Rittenhouse ended up giving Smith his. Kyle got vest from Great Lakes Police. They met with Smith at 330pm and after going to Jalensky's to get slings for guns, then went to Smith's house where they walked to Car Source from.
140/
When they got to Car Source on 59th, owners Sam, Sal and thier father were there. This crew all went to other car source (burnt one) and Sal drove Black, Rittenhouse and Smith. Soon after the vans showed. Previous testimony said vans had Blackwater douchenozzels[my wording]
141/ Image
Rittenhouse testified that Sal gave Nick Smith a set of keys, and showed them where hoses, fire extinguisher and ladders to get on roof were located.
142/
Rittenhouse testifies he didn't stay at Car Source, and left with Balch and maybe another. He put out a fire. He said there was no tension amongst the groups until he was threatened by Rosenbaum twice. 1st time he was threatened, Rosenbaum had blue mask and chain in hand.
143/
Rittenhouse says 1st contact w Rosenbaum he said "if I catch you alone I'll kill you", 2nd threat was "I'm going to cut hearts out, and kill you N-words." Rittenhouse didn't believe 2nd threat was directed at him, but others with him.
144/
He testified he provided medical aid. 1st person he helped wrap ankle, the 2nd was to help Balch with effects of "chemical bomb." Says he was pepper sprayed by someone in crowd at one point. Defense mentions there was talk of him being an EMT, Kyle confirms he is not an EMT
145/
He interviews w McGinniss & told McGinnis that he could come with him. He continued south and came to Yellow pants man, and said yellow pants said "you are the one that pointed your rifle at me", then Rittenhouse walks off. Continues south and realizes Balch isn't with him
146/
Rittenhouse goes to gas station crowd to look for Balch, couldn't find him & decided to go back to Car Source, but couldn't get back.Went back to Ultimate gas station where others were. Black called Rittenhouse, and told him to go to Car Source because cars are being damaged
147/
Moment Rittenhouse breaks down telling story that lead to killing. He grabbed fire extinguisher and went to Car source. He heard "burn in hell", responds with "friendly friendly". Then tells step by step of shooting the 3 ppl he did
Full video
148/
Rittenhouse talks about going to turn himself in to police and being told "get the fuck away or I'll pepper spray you and go him" by KPD. Then went to Car source
149/
He goes to Car source and Joann Fiedler let's him in. He Stent turn self in, until later after meeting up with his mom and then goes to Antioch PD to turn self in
150/
Prosecutor is lectured by judge for being right on the border of violating Rittenhouse's constitutional right to remain silent, by trying to using his silence during questioning.
151/
Prosecutor asks about Black buying gun for him, that he knew he couldn't buy it legally, or take it home because he didn't have a FOID card. He says he applied for FOID, but was denied after getting criminally charged.
152/
Rittenhouse admitted to lying about being an EMT on the night of Aug 25th, but denied that he ever told anyone that he was 18 or 19. They talk about the Cadet fire program, would not lead to any certification.
153/
Prosecutor wanted to bring in evidence of photo of #KyleRittenhouse posing in bar with PBs with "free AF" shirt, to argue lack of regard for him life. Relating it to @tiktok_us profile saying "I'm just trying be famous" then seen posing. Judge ruled it won't be brought up.
154/
Prosecutor about Rosenbaum: "there is no video of either of these threats"
Rittenhouse agreed. Rittenhouse says that when he was running behind Rosenbaum, he didn't know Rosenbaum was in front of him because it was dark. He was going to put out fires at Duramax
155/
Rittenhouse says that when "yellow pants" said "you pointed your gun at me", Rittenhouse said he responded "I did" , but said he was being sarcastic and walked off.
156/
Prosecutor questions "if you didn't consider the crowd to be hostile, why would you be saying "friendly"". Asked if he said "friendly" bc of perception of him by crowd. Prosecutor uses the irrational argument if you go prepared for danger you are looking for danger.
156/
Rittenhouse says he said friendly because people were saying things like "burn in hell". Prosecutor points out he said friendly before this statements. Earlier he said because people were throwing rocks at the police bear cat.
157/
Defense is trying to claim that zooming in on a video with an apple product changes the video because AI changes it based on algorithms. [This is absurd]. The judge then agrees with Defense and asks for expert to say that doesn't happen
158/
Prosecutor shows video of Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse and Rosenbaum throwing his hands up when Rittenhouse points gun at him. Rittenhouse confirms he through his hands up but kept running at him
159/
Rittenhouse says after pointing gun at him, it didn't deter Rosenbaum and he actually gained on him. Prosecutor points out that Rittenhouse actually slowed down. When he shot him in the pelvis, Rosenbaum fell to ground and Rittenhouse shot 3 more times.
160/
Prosecutor asks what the risk of great bodily harm to Rittenhouse when he killed Rosenbaum. Rittenhouse states he would have took his gun and used it against him and others. Prosecutor points out that is an assumption, because Rosenbaum never said that.
161/
Prosecutor asks if he understands that if you point your AR15 at someone they may feel like you are gonna kill them. Rittenhouse repeats over and over, "he was chasing me" "he was gonna take my gun and kill me" "when I pointed my gun at him he kept chasing me"
Rittenhouse says the same about Huber. That he was afraid that Huber was gonna kill him and did what he needed to do to keep him from being a threat.
163/
Rittenhouse says Grosskreutz was also a threat when he has his hands up, because he has a pistol in his hand. Rittenhouse said he thought Grosskreutz was gonna shoot him in this position (below)
164/ Image
Video shows protesters saying "why did you sit him", Rittenhouse says "he had a gun". Rittenhouse then says he was dazed and was talking about Ziminski. Prosecutor points out that you can't shoot Rosenbaum because Ziminsky had a gun.
165/
Rittenhouse says he doesnt recall Nick Smith saying cops were coming after shooting, but he left and didn't turn himself in, until hours later. Asked if he saw he was identified as shooter on social media, he said he didn't.Reminded he was under Oath, said he didn't recall
166/
Day end. Next witness called by defense is from Oregon.
167/
Dr. John Black, former cop for Washington County Sheriff's (County west of Portland Oregon) takes stand. Black analyzes time between events/shots. Ziminski shot in air 2.75 sec before Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum. From 1st to 4th shot to Rosenbaum by Rittenhouse was .739 sec.
168/ Image
Here is video of second event with the 4 Rittenhouse shots slowed down to 25%. Black says from 1st shot (miss) before shot to "jump kick man" to 4th shot hitting Grosskreutz was 5.468 sec.
169/
Dr Black says he is being paid $320 an hour to testify in court today. He usually charges between $60 and over $400 an hour.
170/ Image
Officer Brittany Bray works for Kenosha PD takes stand. She states no unfired rounds found of the Caliber Rittenhouse used, but found one 40 cal unfired round near glock. Confirms you can shoot AR & spent casing doesn't always eject, you would then need to "rack back"
171/
Frank Drew Hernandez aka Drew Hernandez takes stand. Calls self a "professional" commentator.Known for falsely accusing catholic charities of raping migrant children while blocking them from driving & dressing in blac bloc at protests. He has no credibility
Image
Hernandez starts with "antifa and rioters", and claims Kyle is deescalating when he first sees him, but can't hear what he's saying. Then says Rosenbaum was "triggered" when dumpster fire put out. [This guy is a joke]
173/
Judge doesn't allow the prosecution to probe into Hernandez political bias. The video the defense is using as an exhibit, is 2 different videos that were edited together by drew Hernandez. Asked why he combined the videos, and about retaining attorney to do so.Judge stops it
174/
In my opinion, Hernandez is the most bias and least credible witness in this case and not letting the prosecution prob into that is disturbing. The attorney representing Hernandez is with same law firm as a defense expert witness.
175/
Prosecutors say that Drew Hernandez sent edited video of two videos clipped together to the state through an attorney that works at a firm that one of the defenses expert witnesses work at
176/
To show Hernadez's extreme bias and support for Rittenhouse, prosecutor reads his tweet claiming that Rittenhouse shot a "rioter" in defense of the dealership that rioters were getting ready to burn down. Absolutely no evidence in this case workgroup back this claims
177/
Hernandez asked if he is filming because Grosskreutz is injured and being treated by medics, he said "Yes, because they were rioting". There is no evidence Grosskreutz was rioting nor does it matter here. Watch prosecutor laugh. The court is not your far right followers bruh
178/
Someone on car source roof was pointing a laser at Hernandez. He tells Press, but avoided the question about whether he feared for his safety. He said he didn't want to be mistaken for a rioter.
179/
Prosecutor points out Hernandez said he was a professional commentator, now he's saying he is a reporter. Then asks is it your practice to interject your opinion when reporting. Hernandez says he didn't, when it is obvious he does as well as info that is flat out innaccurate
180/
Prosecutor points out Hernandez has tweeted in support of Rittenhouse and disparaging comments about Rosenbaum. Prosecutor reminds him he is under Oath and judge stops prosecutor again, saying it implies Hernandez isn't being honest
181/
Defense tries to claim that enlarging a photo by adding pixels changes colors and distorts image. Prosecutor says they are taking advantage of the judges lack of knowledge about imaging. They themselves used enlarged photos. The judge actually agrees with Defense.Ridiculous
182/
11/15 #KyleRittenhouseTrial closing arguments and jury instruction
Reckless homicide charges needs to meet 3 criteria
1. Caused death of another
2. Did so by criminally reckless conduct and
3. Conduct showed utter disregard for hum life
And find that it wasn't self defense
Criteria for self defense under criminal code of Wisconsin.
184/
Prosecutor argues the 3 things a reasonable person would have to believe to consider killing of Rosenbaum self defense.
185/
Prosecutor argues that Grosskreutz gun was not pointing toward Rittenhouse until his bicep was shot, then gun dropped pointing toward Rittenhouse
186/
The states main argument is that Huber, Grosskreutz and unidentified person were going after Rittenhouse, who was an active shooter, and they did so in the least intrusive way possible.
187/
Sorry, out of order. Prosecutor argues that before shooting Grosskreutz, Rittenhouse shot Huber, then had his rifle pointed at Grosskreutz while he ducked, cower and backed up. Says Grosskreutz believed Rittenhouse prepared gun to shoot again, that's when he went for gun.
188/
Prosecutor argues Rittenhouse claimed Rosenbaum threatened him, but none of the video from several sources capturing these threats. Had Rundown Live stream Review the whole video and he found no threats. They showed video and it showed no threat by Rosenbaum
189/
Defense closing arguments start by arguing shaker reckless homicide because Rittenhouse was not reckless and the State didn't prove he didn't have right to self defense.
190/ Image
Defense argues that if he has right to self defense related to Rosenbaum, he can't be charged with reckless endangerment because McGinniss is behind Rosenbaum when shot. McGinniss ran into danger
191/ Image
Shooting jump kick man, the defense argues is justified because kick to head is "likely to cause great bodily injury" and no evidence jump kick man saw original shooting
192/ Image
Defense argues against charge for killing Huber, because Huber was a rioter, hit Rittenhouse with skateboard and attempts to disarm Rittenhouse.
193/ Image
Attempted murder of Grosskreutz is justified by defense because Grosskreutz had gun in hand, pointed at Rittenhouse and was affiliated with an activist group 🤔
194/ Image
Remember when judge lectured prosecutor for critisizing Rittenhouse exercising his right to remain silent? Defense did the same about Grosskreutz exercising his 4th amendment right to privacy. Judge was silent
195/
Defense questions most of the states witnesses motives and credibility, including both detectives.

Opinion [while I personally don't question the DA and police collaboration and manipulation of evidence, I think questioning all those people isn't gonna look good to jury]
196/
Defense says DA has issue w Hernandez for some reason. "Hernandez doesnt have a dog in this fight".@DrewHLive is a far right activist that called for civil war against BLM/Antifa & went to bat 4 Rittenhouse, who killed his enemies,BLM /Antifa rioters

Echelon security is notorious for misconduct. Police & DA are aware, & the DA even sent a memo to staff about them. The city still works with them, as Echelon do things that are unconstitutional for cops. @VoteVasquez24 & @EliforPortland joined the Echelon podcast. THREAD

Powerful attorney & apt owner, John DiLorenzo, hired Echelon to conduct surveillance on a camp near his building. He gave report to @SamAdamsPDX, who got police chief, Echelon & staffers in a room & suggested using it for political gain, including giving it to people4Portland

Opening statements of Trial of Leftist journalist, Alissa Azar, started today. Trial is related to a Proud Boy protest, where she deployed mace toward PB's & a masked women who were stealing property of antifascists as they retreated from PB mob attack
1/
DA, Josh Cutino, had me excluded from court. He claims he might call me as a state witness. I obtained the first motion to dismiss for prosecutorial bias because no PBs were charged that day for crimes caught on video. Some videos were mine.

2/
Garret Snipe, Tommy Campbell, Barry Johnson, Jonathon Donovan, Josh Dornon, Dick Clark and Aaron Hartley (there are more) were all captured on video being violent and received no charges.

@PDXreal1 blocked me after I posted damning court docs of Jeff's child porn charges & still they put out a statement full of lies, justifying his charges. He claims he was entrapped by feds, that he thought porn was a scam, bought them anyway & didn't actually watch them...
1/

First, he initiated the communication to buy. That is not entrapment. Second, 3 videos were clearly described graphically & he said he wanted to buy one of each. He then sent the money. Court docs showed what was siezed, including child porn.

Church also claims that Feds didnt release all the messages. They legally are obligated to provide all the evidence they have against you. It's called discovery. And there is no message that would provide any context to the messages above.

Paying for sex isn't the issue here, it's PDX real's hypocrisy, when their whole grift surrounds the big boogie man, "crime". Jeff continually degrades and demonizes Sex workers. Notable that he went to Clackamas for sex and knows where all the sex workers are at.
