3/9 Close to 100,000 Ethiopian & Eritrean Americans live in Virginia, and many have for weeks been highlighting their anger with the Biden White House over its hostile policy on the tragic and continuing conflict in Ethiopia. #NoMore
4/9 President @JoeBiden has consistently threatened the Ethiopian Government with wide-ranging sanctions and today, President Biden confirmed he would be desilting Ethiopia from AGOA, something that will devastate the economy, destroy livelihoods and embolden the TPLF. #NoMore
5/9 We feel betrayed by Democrats, the White House and Congress. Ethiopians have a proud history of supporting Democrats. There is no doubt the community support helped Pres Biden secure victory in key swing states such as GA, AZ & PA in 2020. Yet we our voices have been ignored!
6/9 The Biden Administration has opted for a misguided and contradictory foreign policy approach, with aggressive rhetoric and sanctions that will hurt ordinary Ethiopians.

7/9 There is no doubt Ethiopian Americans and Eritrean Americans in Virginia have helped deliver an unexpected win for the Republican Party.
8/9 A recent poll conducted by People to People of 2,500 members of the Ethiopian American community found while 79% considered themselves Democrats, 61% of those intended to change their vote to the Republican Party due to the White House’s policy on Ethiopia. #NoMore
