Won’t someone think of the poor development companies building only high-end apartment complexes where the rent is more than a mortgage? To whom will they charge $3500 a month for a 1BR, plus pet rent and a pet deposit and a pet fee and parking and a car fee?
Won’t someone think of the poor Boomers I talked to in line at the grocery store who are pissed that they are having trouble buying a house here as a vacation home to AirBnb the rest of the year?
