Pinsent Masons have Global Butterflies delivering training to their clients...

πŸ‘€
What are they thinking? ?

Is Global Butterflies telling them how they are bewildered at the EHRC intervening in my case?
Or how it was "unfortunate" and should have been appealed?
Or how what was done to Kathleen Stock was not bullying and harassment? (and please boycott the Times)
Or how safeguarding concerns are "hate" ?
Oh, and this inflammatory rhetoric ...

It is bewildering that this is who the Government Legal Department and Pinsent Masons partner with.

The responses to John McManus's tweets about the parallels between the way the BBC was reluctant to look into Jimmy Saville and the way it has been reluctant to look into abuse done in the name of gender ideology tell their own story ImageImageImage

More on the @TheFCA fumbling of women on boards rules

FCA say its in-line with "gender pay gap" reporting guidance.

That's not actually true...
This is what govt pay gap reporting says (it is somewhat confusing).

Locate "gender identification" in payroll data.

Of course payroll data doesn't contain "gender identity".

What it contains is legal sex (HMRC requires this) Image
As @EHRC clarified in 2018 "gender" in gender pay gap means sex.

It does not require employers to give everyone a crash course in Judith Butler

Kathleen Stock has been bullied out of Sussex University

"We had hoped that Professor Stock would feel able to return to work, and we would have supported her to do so."

Too little. Too late.

University leaders need to man up about this. They need to stop the bullying early
In 2018 a group of academics wrote to the Guardian about bullying over gender critical views

theguardian.com/society/2018/o…
Also in 2018 it emerged that transactivist academics had been organising a blacklist of gender critical academics to target

"File a hate crime report against her, and then the chairman and vice-chair."

"drag them over the fucking coals."

Shocked/not shocked by the responses to the BBC on lesbians being pressurised and cooerced to have sex with men who identify as women

1) Lots of data geeks suddenly taking an interest & yelling "its a twitter poll" (it wasn't), "not a representative sample (no one said it was)
2) Stonewall Nancy pronouncing love and listening to "trans women" (but not to lesbians who recognise sex is real)

3) "Queermale" academic Finn saying yes this might be a LGBTQ community problem but don't talk about it in public (😒)
4) A bunch of people signing an open letter saying "but trans women we are legally women!" (1- no they are mainly not, 2- In this situation, of all others, that is irrelevant)

The BBC publishing about the coercion and rape of lesbians by trans identifying men is such a big deal

This is something Stonewall really doesn't want anyone to talk about

Allison Bailey @BluskyeAllison tweeted about the "cotton ceiling" in 2019
Stonewall wrote to her workplace called this "targeting someone who works for us and calling her a man" and demanding they do something about Allison

Garden court investigated and upheld this complaint
One of the most obvious places where sex matters is when someone wants to have sex with you.

Lying about yr sex in this situation is an offence called "sex by deception".

Stonewall want the law changed - they say the "privacy" of the trans person overrules consent of others
