Thankfully we have a shit-hot intel team at 1st Amendment Praetorian, but for my morning news while on the treadmill I turn to:

DAWC, the public company that the Trump organization announced a partnership with yesterday to merge with TMTG (The Trump Media Group) was at around $9 before the announcement and is over $70 a share now...
In case you don't know, the money raised will go towards the enterprise value of the firm when they fully merge.

Why does that matter to you?

The higher the EV of the firm, the more money they can raise...
Additionally, the Board of Directors of any public firm has a fiduciary responsibility to consider and often times accept an offer from an outside investor to purchase their firm at a higher price than their valuation...

Really take a moment to consider this:
A 14 year old girl was raped & sodomized in a Loudin County, VA public school bathroom by a boy wearing a dress...
Because of the way they changed the law in VA, the school didn't have to report it to their superiors nor did they have to report it to the police...
The only person- the ONLY PERSON held accountable legally was her FATHER because he went to a school board meeting and tried to call attention to what happened, for which he was arrested.

The rapist was merely moved to another school...

Here's the really scary thing:
Fauci knows he's lying.

Really take a moment today to contemplate the latest ugly news out of Loudon County school district, that a father was arrested for DARING to publicly talk & confront the school board about his daughter being raped in a school bathroom and the school covering it up because the -
boy was "gender fluid," wearing a dress and utilizing their rules allowing anyone to use any bathroom despite what genitalia they have.

This is precisely why so many parents are against letting biological boys use girls bathrooms, no matter what sex they say they are..
But they have to continue their Marxist push of Mao's Cultural Revolution, and they absolutely cannot allow word to get out that parents fears are justified.

Which is why none of the MSM will touch the story...

But did you know that the same 2 investment firms (Vanguard & Blackrock) have majority ownership in those large mega corporations? -
And that Vanguard owns majority of Blackrock?

There’s something that I need you to read and truly comprehend right now - real talk.

It was recently reported by multiple sources (even fraud conservative Rick Wilson who gets all his money from leftists - yeah real principled conservative) that the faux January 6-
commission is no more.

Additionally, nearly every person that you’ve heard labeled as an “iNsUrReCtIoNiSt” by the media & leftist politicians has been let off with a misdemeanor (or a few)…
Understand that while a few politicians have gone through the motions saying they wanted to understand what really happened on January 6th, none of them - especially not any GOP - have made any true effort to get answers…
