You can grow a social media following by investing 30 minutes a day into creating content (and posting) instead of scrolling down your feed.

This was how I started.

As my following size grew, I spent more time creating and networking.
Going gung ho into content creation is dumb for most people.

You have a job.
You have a family.
You have other responsibilities.

You don't have enough free time.

So start small. Develop the habit of posting. And post more as your gain traction.
At first, it's best to schedule your posts.

The reason is obvious.

Posting a bunch of times during 30 minutes doesn't work.

You MUST space out your post.

So scheduling your stuff is MANDATORY.

At first, I used Buffer.

Then I used Hootsuite.

And then I discovered @Hypefury.
@hypefury Give yourself a chance.

Create content for 30 minutes every day.

Try it for 7 days.

See how it goes.

You will be amazed at how much content you can produce in 30 minutes when you focus on it.

Someone asked me, "how can I find my target audience/niche on Twitter?"

If you're looking to grow your Twitter account, this is the most IMPORTANT thread you'll read in your life.
I never tried to find a 'target audience' or a niche on Twitter.

I tweet about:
* the things I like
* the things I've learned
* the things that have worked for me

Basically, I am my own niche.

So just post about what you know, bro.
Twitter is a tool to amplify your ideas.

And the more followers you gain, the farther your ideas will reach.

With a larger reach, you'll gain more influence.

And with more influence, the more of an authority you'll become in the eyes of your audience.

Content creating is painful.

Mostly because you're limiting yourself.

Here's how to break your limiting beliefs.

So you can grow an audience.
⌛️ Trust in your past

Your achievements have not been given to you.

You've earned them.

Maybe, you still feel you don't deserve success or that people will judge you because you're not the "best" in the world.
But the reality is that there will always be someone you can teach something new, no matter how well known or basic you think your information is.

Never forget that Beginners are an Infinite market.

Anyone can make money with Twitter.

You don't even need a huge audience.

Here are the 5 steps to monetize Twitter.

\ thread \
Don't overcomplicate the process.

Follow these 5 steps.

1. Choose a niche

2. Post valuable content

3. Network

4. Create an offer

5. Promote
1. Choose a niche

What would you teach for free?

Think about your skills and hobbies.

Post about that online.

Don't fixate on choosing the niche, though.

Instead, focus on developing the habit of posting.

I promise you that the niche will choose you.

Some people make $100K in a year.

Others in a month.

A few in a day.

They all have one thing in common:

They found a way.
For me, it took me 10 years to get started.

During my 20s, I learned a bunch of skills.

But I rarely used them outside my ol' 9-5.

Until I decided to start tweeting in 2018.
In 2018, I sold my web design and graphic services.

I reached out to potential customers.

I didn't mind "embarrassing" myself.

I needed the money.

So I just did what I had to do.
