Anyone can make money with Twitter.

You don't even need a huge audience.

Here are the 5 steps to monetize Twitter.

Don't overcomplicate the process.

Follow these 5 steps.

1. Choose a niche

2. Post valuable content

3. Network

4. Create an offer

1. Choose a niche

What would you teach for free?

Think about your skills and hobbies.

Post about that online.

Don't fixate on choosing the niche, though.

Instead, focus on developing the habit of posting.

I promise you that the niche will choose you.

2. Post valuable content

There are three ways to provide value online:
• Entertain
• Education
• Inspire

Make people laugh and enjoy your stuff.

Show them how to do what you do.

Tell your stories.

This will inspire people to take action.

3. Network

Find other people who are posting similar content to yours.

Reach out to them.

Invite them to your “brand new” podcast.

Record the conversation and post it online.

People are hungry for appearing on podcasts.

Both of you benefit from this.

4. Create an offer

Before you start selling, research your audience.

Learn their:
Problems
Needs
Objections
Common ideas
Common misconceptions

Take note of everything.

Use the info to create a product/service that solves these challenges

5. Promote

Post a link to your product.

If you're selling services, post a link to your booking form.

If you don't have tons of followers, DM people.

The trick is to PROMOTE.

Let people know about what you can do for them.

Some people make $100K in a year.

Until I decided to start tweeting in 2018.

In 2018, I sold my web design and graphic services.

I reached out to potential customers.

I didn't mind "embarrassing" myself.

I needed the money.

So I just did what I had to do.

The easy way to build a business is by selling your most loved skill.

Thing is, most people avoid doing this because that specific skill is too close to their heart – it's part of their identity.

And build a business around that skill feels like building it around your identity

So they avoid building the business because failure will feel double painful.

Once for the failure itself.

And a second time because you failed at something that is at the core of your identity.

But here's the thing.

Society rewards the risk-takers.

And while this double-failure could be extremely painful, there's also the chance of actually succeeding.

This thought of success will motivate you.

And when you win, it'll be a double success.

Once because you won.

And a second time because you won doing something you love.

If you love your career, pursue freedom with it.

Just don’t think you’ll get paid much more money at the same company doing the same work.

That will never happen.

It's smarter to change jobs, which is the fastest way to get paid more.
