Building, operating & scaling a startup is not an easy task.
You need the right partners, tools & resources early in your journey to achieve better productivity & results.
Here are tools that I believe make every startup’s life easier:
1. NOTION: @NotionHQ is a great tool for lean startups, which have small teams & low budgets.
There are a ton of templates which you can customise for different departments of the startup, basis each need.
I even use Notion as my personal productivity app, which syncs across all my devices.
2. CANVA: I believe every business should use @canva . One of the best subscriptions you will ever have, useful for more than just the design & creative teams.
Canva is a blessing for startups & freelancers.
I am not a creative person or a designer but I found some of the best presentation templates on Canva. Definitely made my pitches a notch better.
3. GOOGLE WORKSPACE: The enhanced version of Google Suite, @GoogleWorkspace is a one-stop shop for multiple solutions.
This value package includes Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Contacts, among other offerings.
4. DROPBOX: For files storage & sharing, @Dropbox is arguably the best solution!
A great feature is that it appears as a folder in your laptop & automatically uploads files to the cloud.
Dropbox also makes it really easy to instantly create & share a link of the file / folder.
5. SLACK: With remote work going mainstream, @SlackHQ has become the top tool for professional communication… both within the organisation & with external partners.
6. RAZORPAY: One of my favourite companies, @Razorpay offers numerous financial solutions for businesses.
From payment gateway to banking solutions to corporate credit card, they have all that a startup needs.
Add to that, the way they run their organisation, the culture & customer service, all top notch!
7. ZOHO: A great success story from India, @Zoho has a bunch of apps (saas products) created for various aspects of the business.
Zoho offers Remote working tools, HR management, CRM, email & much more.
8. DOT REVIEW: If you are planning to raise investor funding for your startup, ensure you check out @DotReview_IN first!
Having the right investors onboard is crucial for a startup, & this is the only platform which has reviews & feedback on investors / VCs.
9. PAYTM FOR BUSINESS: Yes, that’s right!
Beyond the payment solutions, @PaytmBusiness also makes it super easy for a startup to provide allowances & reimbursements for the team.
It includes specific wallets - Food Wallet, Gift Wallet, Fuel Wallet & Allowance Wallet.
With the widespread usage of Paytm among the masses, this offering is an easy extension for individuals.
10. PAZCARE: @getpazcare is a platform which makes it easier for startups to manage healthcare benefits for your employees.
Health insurance, mental health sessions, check-ups, etc are all made easy though dashboards for both employees & employers!
Am sure there are other tools that I haven’t mentioned here.
What other tools / platforms would you recommend to new startups?
Please share below.
END.

From cleaning out the office garbage to leading a team across countries, I was lucky to have different experiences & roles.
Here are my learnings:
1. DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS: It is easy to compare our situation & journey with someone else’s. We compare salaries, designations, progress, etc.
Maybe this is inherent in our society! But the more you compare, the more it will impact you negatively!
Did you know that VIVO acquired the Title Sponsor rights of the IPL for a whopping 2,190 Crores for 5 years…. That’s 438 Crores per season!!!
Sponsorship in IPL happens in two ways:
(a) Central Sponsorship: Association at the League level
(b) Team Sponsorship: Association with a team / franchise
WHAT is @CRED_club ?
