Interesting how when I try to raise awareness for black & brown children who have been & are being abused by their white parents in secret, mostly white folks on here rise to defend the white parents doing it well instead of seeing my heart on to raise awareness for child abuse.
Do I paint with a broad brush sometimes? Sure, we all do when we call attention to a general problem that’s often kept secret & therefore without the accurate stats available to the public. But whatever the stats, if even one child is abused & called racial slurs, that’s too many
*on the matter to....

White people who adopt/foster black & brown children are often (not aways) covertly racist, abusive & problematic people who hide their white supremacy behind the perfect guise. But don’t be fooled, many believe they own in these kids & will scapegoat them & make them work more..
than the white kids. I know a religious white woman, a narcissist to the highest degree who would call her adopted black son the N-word. Subconsciously or consciously many whites will adopt & foster bc they still want to enslave black people & vulnerable children are easy prey.
For this reason, I believe white folks who genuinely love black & brown children (who are often vulnerable within white supremacy system) will surround themselves with people of color to direct them, support them & show them the way. They will often attend black churches, for Ex.

Spiritual leaders have no business disciplining other adults; we are called to disciple others, not discipline.

If a member of the church is a “wolf” and is abusive or dangerous, CALL THE POLICE and let them do the “disciplinary actions.”

Pastors & elders are not the police.
If one is in extreme sin THAT IS HARMFUL to member(s) of your church (but not illegal) & they refuse to stop after a conversation (not discipline) from spiritual leaders, ask this person to leave your church. No adult has control over another person; Spirit gives us SELF-CONTROL.
When I say “extreme sin,” I’m not taking about drinking, smoking, consensual sex outside of marriage, lgbtq relationships (these are grey areas; which is why the universal church debates these matters). I’m talking biblical examples of extreme sin: adultery, incest, abuses, etc.

A “wolf in sheep’s clothing” is not someone who disagrees with your personal theological opinions.

Rather, it’s someone who PRETENDS to walk in Christ’s virtues in hopes of gaining the trust of typically the most vulnerable; when in reality, they intend to devour their prey.
Believing a “heretic” (in your view) and a “wolf in sheep’s clothing” are one in the same is a mistake we cannot afford with such abuses going on in our local churches.

The “wolves” in your church might agree with every single theological point you’ve ever made or had!
A “wolf in sheep’s clothing” is like the young, clean-cut-Christian military man (no criminal records) serving in my (past) children’s ministry each week; while also sexually abusing his 5-year-old daughter at home (thankfully no other children were harmed due to strict policies)

While there’s been corruption boiling in our US government for quite a while & many of our past politicians have fallen prey to moments of human weakness, never in my lifetime have I seen a president blantanly wear his constant sins unashamedly & w/the blessing of many Christians
What makes this painful for me and many people around my age is that the Christians who are supporting this president are white evangelicals; the very people who trained me/us to never place such an *unrepentant* sinful man as president or in any other leadership position.
When we bring this up, many white evangelicals who still support Trump say, “well you’re a sinner too; who are you to judge?”

Or

“Well Hillary & Bill sinned too”
