If you must build a string community, you must be willing to grow.
You must be intentional about your growth. You can't build a community, I mean a strong Comm-Unity if you can't grow and if you hate growth.

You must also be patient. Patience is important in the journey. It's a Journey you're embarking on with others. If you're not patient enough, you will give up early.
Community takes time. It's a long term game. Don't rush it.
