Am I worried about 2022 & the Jan 6 criminal prosecutions? Not one iota. Not one iota. The DOJ does not take orders from Congress. Garland does not take orders from Congress. It doesn't matter in the CRIMINAL investigation if GOP win in 2022 midterms

House HEARINGS are different

If GOP take House (but not Senate) then they immediately end House hearings - and Chuck will bring those hearings to the Senate. Then Mitch will renegotiate and it will be FAR less than now, but some hearings would continue in Senate

If GOP take both House & Senate in 2022, then yes, the Jan 6th hearings would end in early January 2023. Up to that time - another 14 months - we will MOST DEF have Jan 6th hearings

But any subpoena issued during this time - can be referred to DOJ (like Bannon) and be prosecuted

But the BIG use of Jan 6th Committee is to INFORM America about the insurrection, attempted coup d'etat and terrorism, or as Republicans call it 'tourism'. That we can do for the next 14 months which is PLENTY time. The big damage to GOP is 2022 midterms, with this in news

A SECONDARY use of Jan 6th is to pursue evidence. There WILL be many bombshells that will arrive from Jan 6th - but ONLY A FEW are the kind, that DOJ did not have. Only we will not know, cannot know, SHOULD NOT KNOW beforehand, what has the FBI found about the sedition plot

I can promise you this. The plotters of Jan 6th will ALL be caught, all tried, all convicted & sentenced. ALL. Many will get DECADES of prison time, some will get life sentences. I mean all, such as
