Seeing several military VIP flights to Brussels 🇧🇪 for the NATO meeting. Slovenian came and went.

There is a post circulating among the OSINT community about railcars being emptied in Rutchenkovo railyard, Donetsk 🇷🇺/🇺🇦, however a review of EO/Sentinel passes since September 15 looks like it has been empty this whole time. It does not look like it has emptied recently.

Additionally, Belarus has ceased operation of the Druzhba oil pipeline to Poland, citing "unplanned maintenance" for several days.

Ukraine is deploying elements of it's 🇺🇦 National Guard 4th Rapid Response Brigade to the Belarussian border.

The unit was formed & trained in conformity with NATO standards. (Ukraine Today, 2016)

Estonia 🇪🇪 is calling up 1684 reservists from 191st & 291st recon companies as well as 17th & 27th engineering battalions for previously unscheduled exercises, placing razor wire on the border w/ Russia.

From 11/13/21.

A soldier from the 17th Wielkopolska Mechanized Brigade died from a non-combat gunshot.

6 days prior (11/7/21?) the body of a soldier from 21st Podhale Rifle Brigade was found at the Polish-Belarussian border.
