This is Melanie Gabriel, A Washington State HS freshman with a 504/disability. Last year she fought to reopen schools, & now due to mask mandates, she is unable to attend school, herself.

Melanie continues: "Recently I've been fighting against the mask mandate at my school. I have a legitimate mental health condition that keeps me from wearing it on my face but they seem to have a problem with that so I've been advocating for myself for quite some time now."
