New council = new mayor. Either Bob Yates or Aaron Brockett. Mayor pro tem for the next year will be Rachel Friend, the sole applicant.

I realize the above tweet should have said it's the first meeting of our NEW council, recently elected members of whom were sworn in this morning.
I'm in the Zoom but it's literally just a black screen and no sound, so....? Idk what's going on. Stay tuned.
