Sounds to me like the defendant testifying in the Ahmaud Arbery case rn, was harassing an unarmed, empty-handed, Black man. The defendant also can’t get his statements straight and has a very bad memory. Why did defense think it was a good idea to put this mess on the stand?
OMG, he just admitted the victim did not threaten him.
Prosecutor just destroyed him.
Only person who could legally claim self-defense in this mess, is now dead, at the defendant’s hands. He just admitted it in so many ways.
Oh, and no statement to the police, ever, that they were making a citizen’s arrest.
