4/ During the December 29 speaking engagement with Bannon, Moon was introduced by Frank Scavo, a local Pennsylvania man from Old Forge.

5/ Old Forge is a tiny enclave. In March 2020, Bannon’s associate, Ernie Preate, a convicted felon and former Pennsylvania AG, took Bannon to a pizzeria in Old Forge called Arcaro & Genell. About 100 people showed up.

6/ Trump himself visited Old Forge for a small campaign rally on August 20, 2020, the date of Bannon’s arrest on charges that he misused funds from his “Build the Wall” project.

7/ Scavo attended Trump’s campaign rally in August 2020.

8/ That day, Trump made an unscheduled visit to Arcaro & Genell.

10/ This Twitter account says that Trump “had a very small meeting with select Trump supporters” that summer in Old Forge. I asked for details but received no response. If I were the January 6 committee or DOJ, I would follow up.

11/ On December 30, Scavo called into Bannon’s War Room podcast to publicize a pro-Trump rally outside a state lawmaker’s home, which was attended by Moon and his followers in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Scavo later said that he got the idea for the protest from Bannon’s podcast.

12/ The same day, Bannon allegedly advised Trump to focus his efforts on January 6.

13/ On January 3, according to Lancaster online, the Oathkeepers and other “patriot groups” held their final January 6 planning meeting in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

14/ On January 5, as reported by Media Matters, Bannon “bragged that ‘after hours we’re on skyping’ and making calls to ‘patriot groups’ in Pennsylvania…”

15/ On January 5, according to Media Matters, Bannon also said that “‘we put calls out last night trying to put bail up’ for the leader of the Proud Boys Enrique Tarrio.”

16/ Per the House committee investigating the Capitol attack, Bannon was at the Willard Hotel “command center” in DC during a January 5 meeting of Trump loyalists about reversing the 2020 election results.

17/ Bannon also predicted on his January 5 podcast that, “All hell is going to break loose tomorrow. Just understand this. All hell is going to break loose tomorrow. It’s gonna be moving. It’s gonna be quick.”

18/ Scavo organized buses that transported 200 people to the Capitol from Pennsylvania on January 6. One of the people who rode on Scavo’s bus is Teddy Daniels, a veteran and thug who recently challenged a local journalist to an in person confrontation.

19/ Daniels has appeared on Bannon’s podcast more than once. I believe someone sent me a photo of Daniels and Trump advisor Colonel Tony Schaffer as well; I’ll add it if and when I locate it. Daniels also met with Trump in June this year.

20/ Daniels is no shrinking violet, so it may be noteworthy that he quickly blocked me when I asked if he had ever spoken with Sam Lazar, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania man with ties to GOP lawmaker Doug Mastriano.

21/ Lazar has been arrested and held without bail for reportedly assaulting police on January 6. He was wearing a tactical vest and goggles at the time.This is Lazar.

23/ At 2:09 p.m. on January 6, 2021, Scavo posted “It’s going down” on Facebook.

24/ According to journalist @sandibachom, who was at the Capitol filming that day, “[t]his was a military action the Capitol was completely breached in 20 minutes from 2:11 to 2:30.”

25/ Bachon says that, “The Capitol was breached at 2:11pm when Proud Boy Dominic Pezzola broke the window on the west side. It took 20 minutes to breach all four sides.” Pezzola is from Rochester, New York.

26/ At 2:30 p.m., Proud Boys leader Enriquo Tarrio texted from his hotel room, “Make no mistake…we did this.” Tarrio is the guy for whom Bannon tried to raise bail.

27/ Scavo entered the building with the crowd (although he initially denied it).

28/ Once inside, according to the Times Leader, Scavo said into a cellphone recording that, “This is top-secret (expletive). We’re in the Capitol. Stormed the (expletive) Capitol of the (expletive) United States at 58 years old…”

29/ Scavo has since pleaded guilty to illegally entering the building, a misdemeanor, in exchange for a cooperation agreement with the Department of Justice.

30/ Scavo’s attorney is Ernie Preate, the convicted felon and former Pennsylvania Attorney General, who is close with Bannon. As I mentioned, it was Preate who brought Bannon to the March 2020 event in Old Forge. Here’s a picture of Preate from an appearance on Bannon’s podcast.

31/ Preate’s daughter, Alexandra Preate, is Bannon’s longtime publicist. In October 2016, she infamously texted “well done” to Roger Stone after Wikileaks published emails that had been hacked from the DNC. Here’s a photo of her from an appearance she made on Bannon’s podcast

32/ Preate’s other daughter, Elizabeth Havey Preate, is the Secretary of the Pennsylvania GOP, which is headquartered in Scranton. On November 2, 2020, Bannon’s British colleague, former Brexit leader Nigel Farage, was in Scranton for a Trump rally.

33/ On January 4, 2020, Alexandra Preate tweeted Bannon’s interview of an ultra conservative Catholic ArchBishop named Carlo Maria Vigano. Vigano is a former Vatican ambassador to the U.S., who was replaced by Pope Francis in 2016 >inserting himself into America’s culture wars.

34/ Bannon and Vigano have joined forces in an attempt to undermine Pope Francis and divide the Catholic church.

35/ During the show, Bannon declared that Vigano had been “confident that God desires a Trump victory” and characterized the effort to overturn Biden’s win as a holy battle between “the children of light and the children of darkness.”

36/ The Preates, Scavo, Daniels, and Moon may well have insight into Bannon’s advance knowledge, if any, of the plan to breach the Capitol and to hunt down or intimidate lawmakers as they attempted to certify the 2020 election results.

37/ Congress and the DOJ must ask them what they know. This line of investigation should be obvious. We should not have to beg them to do it, but it seems that we do.
