3) The Steele dossier laid groundwork for claims of Russia-Collusion.
And the Intelligence Community Assessment was an attempt by Brennan, Clapper & Comey to fortify those claims - w/ridiculous reports of "Facebook something"
In some respects, the Steele dossier WAS the ICA.
4) Brennan & Clapper began creation of the ICA (three “reports” culminating in the ICA) - used to firmly establish the Russia-Collusion narrative - in Sept. 2016.
Obama "retroactively" ordered it in early December 2016.
5) The ICA was then used to push the Russia-Collusion narrative post-election, thereby serving to undermine and delegitimize Trump's actual presidency.
Worth remembering that the ICA was released on January 6th, 2017.
The day AFTER Steele deleted his files - per his testimony.
6) Also worth remembering that Comey attached a two-page summary of the Steele dossier to the ICA - thereby "legitimizing" the dossier in the eyes of the media.
They could now report on it w/impunity.
7) The ICA was widely touted as thoroughly vetted & valid. Despite the fact that Russia ALWAYS tries to interfere in our elections - just as we do in theirs.
Remember the "17 of our intelligence agencies agree..." nonsense?
8) The ICA was technically created by a joint effort between just THREE agencies:
CIA (former Director Brennan), FBI (former Director Comey) and the NSA (just-retired Director Rogers) – and assembled by the DNI (former Director James Clapper).
9) And one of these agencies - the NSA - said the ICA was nonsense.
"CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has only moderate confidence."
"Moderate Confidence" being DC-speak for “the ICA is crap”
10) NSA Director Rogers was direct in Senate hearings:
"It didn’t have the same level of sourcing and the same level of multiple sources."
But it was used to push the Collusion Narrative we’ve been subjected to as a nation.
11) There are three versions of the ICA:
"a highly classified memorandum to the President completed on December 30, 2016"
"a Top Secret ICA published on January 5, 2017"
and the "unclassified ICA made publicly available on January 6, 2017."
12) Those Dec 30th & Jan 5th versions of the ICA need to be declassified.
And our Intelligence Community should be required to answer why they found Russia so “fascinating” that they lost all sight of the far bigger threat represented by China.
It was obvious to anyone that...
13) Russia didn't want a President who was promoting America-First — w/a stated goal of energy independence & exportation.
Russia is a big gas station w/nukes. Their entire economy depends on energy prices.
A big gas station never wants a bigger gas station driving down prices.
14) As these reporters attempt to distance themselves from the dossier they endlessly promoted - in one way or another - they should be called out & held to account for their reporting that did so much damage and divided our nation.
And their ongoing Russia-Collusion nonsense.
15) There was collusion.
But it wasn't between Trump & Russia.
It was the DNC, the Clinton Campaign, the Intelligence Community and members of the Corporate Media working to overturn the results of a presidential election.

"We have significant concerns about the adequacy of NIH oversight of EcoHealth and the related research activities at the WIV and other organizations in China." republicans-energycommerce.house.gov/wp-content/upl…
"NIH also failed to report EcoHealth’s noncompliance and grant suspension into the SAM.gov database that alerts other U.S. Government agencies to risky grant recipients..."
"NIH, USAID and Department of Defense (DoD) have paid EcoHealth more than $23.4 million in new and renewed assistance awards since April 2020, when NIH should have reported the administrative action it took against EcoHealth’s grant."
2) EcoHealth failed to provide NIH w/contractually obligated 2019 fifth-year report until this month.
But EcoHealth’s 2018 report should have immediately alerted NIH that agency money was being used to create coronaviruses that were far more pathogenic than the original viruses.
3) The 2018 disclosures by EcoHealth highlight two problems:
1) EcoHealth had already violated the terms of its grant.
2) The fact that EcoHealth made the NIH aware of the results of its gain-of-function experiments in 2018, placed an inherent oversight requirement on NIH.
Even Michael Isikoff knows: “When you actually get into the details of the Steele dossier, the specific allegations, we have not seen the evidence to support them...some of the more sensational allegations will never be proven and are likely false."

2) The timeline is composed of two parts:
- The primary timeline of overarching events - in the years leading to the pandemic & events that followed.
- A secondary timeline that walks through detailed events of the days surrounding Fauci's secret teleconference on Feb. 1. 2020.
3) Our exploration of this topic led us to create an ever-growing timeline - increasingly used in our research as the information flow became almost overwhelming.
As the timeline became increasingly valuable to our work, we discussed the option of getting a public version out.
