While I understand outrage on this decision but let me also write a thread about the fact how parali burning debate has never been addressed in right perspective. It is important to stress on the fact that solution to this prob lies in addressing what caused it in 1st instance
As someone who has spent a decade in Delhi until 2011, I do remember how this problem of Oct/Nov smog started around 2010. I had written abt it in the past as well but can’t find those tweets-Badal Govt passed PUNJAB PRESERVATION OF SUBSOIL WATER ACT in 09
dswcpunjab.gov.in/contents/docs/…
This Act was passed in the name of preserving groundwater- blamed on rice fields. It is widely held that rice fields use too much water. So Punjab Govt came up with this law & barred farmers from sowing rice in April & forced them to do this only towards the mid June
Paddy cycle is generally 120 days long and hence late sowing means late harvest. Earlier farmers in Punjab used to sow paddy in April and used to get more time to clear their fields. Late sowing meant late time to clear fields for wheat sowing and hence pressure to@clear fields
Farmers, who used to burn stubbles in their farm, would generally finish this by Sep end or Oct beginning- time before the wind flow patterns into Delhi changes direction from the west to north.
Late sowing meant that farmers in Punjab had less time to clear their fields for wheat cultivation. Hence everyone started resorting to stubble burning & wind blowing into Delhi wud carry all the smoke with wind from North after wind flow pattern changes….
This problem became graver after Haryana also passed a similar law on the lines of Punjab. Now why this law was passed? It was actually done in the name of conserving water table. Infact studies proves -against population notion-that rice cultivation support charging of aquifers
Real reason behind this was to force crop patten change in Punjab and promote maize cultivation and allegedly promote GMO variety of Monsanto.

Ask anyone staying in Delhi abt this parali smoke issue & everyone will tell u that this there was nothing in Delhi before 2009!
As I am scientifically challenged, i hope Dr @ARanganathan72 will look into this thread and educate everyone about this argument.

Folks need to analyse why south doesn’t have this prob of parali burning in south where they grow rice thrice in some areas!
Infact this map supports the hypothesis that much of parali burning is happening on the Indian side of Punjab and very less can be seen on the Pakistani Punjab - this proving how one law changed contributed to this issue - not sure what is the sowing season in Pak Punjab!

Here is the text of the PM’s Constitution Day speech at SC yesterday - pib.gov.in/PressReleseDet…

Requesting volunteers to please translate at least court related aspects of this seminal speech into various other languages - Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Odiya etc.
As against INCLUSION philosophy of Constitution, governance was abt exclusion.

Last 7 yrs saw real inclusive governance-2 cr houses,8 cr gas connections, health cover to 50 cr & Garib Kalyan ration to 80 cr is all that & so are govt’s development efforts!
All the governance efforts are abt developing every corner of the country in the same manner as Delhi & Mumbai. Our efforts have shown results via National Family Health Survey report as well as improvement in various parameters like Gender equality etc

“Climate agenda is an extension of colonial mindset only - environment debate is being hijacked by he flag-bearers of this mindset only” PM @narendramodi
“Breaking India forces are working at the behest of these very forces with colonial mindset - they are creating impediments in the path to progress” PM @narendramodi
PM has said something that has not been said in very long time- he basically indicated that propaganda is being used to derail projects of national importance & courts also dither on giving the judgements. Very important point by PM @narendramodi-Chardham Highway is one such case

You want to oppose PM @narendramodi , do it by all means as it is your constitutional right to take positions of your choice.

What 99% of Modi haters on SM are doing is nothing but blind pursuance of hatred for manufactured reasons out of sheer dishonesty, chicanery & fraud!
Blind & motivated disinformation/misinformation campaigns pursued by a ltd section of mercenaries, masquerading as dharmic crusaders of questionable motives & affiliations is less abt opposition to Kashi Vishwanath corridor & more abt fighting some1 else’s battles against PM Modi
The motivated campaign launched against Kashi Vishwanath corridor will fall by the wayside & ppl will see reality soon; this whole episode will do a world of good to Hindu society as it will help unmask several such crusaders who masquerade as dharmics but r no less than mafias!

Fiasco around land acquisition bill of 2015 caused lot of heartburns then also just like today’s repeal of 3 farm laws by the Modi Govt.

Here it is pertinent to note that controversy on LAB then was similarly used by opposition to paint @narendramodi Govt as anti farmer!
However tactical retreat of 2015 land acquisition bill helped @narendramodi Govt tremendously as it helped it reorient its policies such that policies for the welfare of poor and aggressive Eco reform took the centre stage.
Almost all the superhit welfare schemes- barring JanDhan-of the @narendramodi Govt were launched after 2015 and paved the way for victory in 2019. Ofcourse Economic reforms also picked up speed and a landmark reforms like GST became a reality; demonetisation helped formal economy
