Me: Trying to work (Seriously I need the money I really need to work today -a lot)
My neighbour (That is, 10 meters from my window at most):
"Today is the day for sawing all my wood!"
It's been going on for two hours, I just can't anymore
Hey let's eat early today hoping neighbour will
1/ eat late
2/ take his time
I mean two weeks of Covid fog then when I finally feel able to focus for like hours in a row this 😩
FFS sawing neighbour ate in 10 min
Sawing is done and dusted!
So obviously network is down -I mean I had been able to work half an hour or so
As in the secure box thinks it’s functional but its App says it’s not, and I just got a security alert 👇
But hey who doesn’t love reset mode

OMG Lord (and/or Who/Whatever) preserve me from more shows for the children
Another hour in *hell*
Why would anyone think because it’s for the children it can be unimaginative, illogical and mindlessly stupid?
I guess it was supposed to be “poetic”
It wasn’t
First thing, a candle in the middle is a bad idea. Tho it “only took” half an hour for the storyteller to realise it was tricky for kids to touch her poster as requested right behind the lit candle without burning alive.
Oh, and the story…
“The Universe is like you kids: It has two eyes, a nose, a mouth, ears, two hands & a heart. It also has special powers. It can close its eyes! Can you close your eyes like the Universe so you’re in the dark like it is?”

My question is: Should I trust the negative result?
I mean I had Covid already and what I have now is not "psychological"
My kid's fever and diarrhea is not "psychological" either
And the sampling time was 2 sec, not 5, without rotation
(I'm in for another test am I?)

“The reason you’re foggy is your brain micro-clotting and bleeding” maybe wasn’t the positive thought I’d wish for to start the week
Oh also “could be” therapy cannot fix that long-term effect
FTR it is extremely fun to try to book tests when the sick mum of the sick child/exposure forgot to tell track&trace about us, & I have only cash that I’d rather keep for food (tho isolated me can’t go get it 🤔) so I’d rather not pay for said tests nor drive Covid family around
For the tests to be free I need a doctor prescription -who won’t see us as there are too many of us -but I can’t leave alone my 9 yrs old and 5 yrs old either -so I ended up getting a phone appointment &should get a call to see if a nurse could come to do the tests &my head hurts

Oh my we are on red alert mode
I'm out of coffee
I mean I already have the focus ability of a drunk C. elegans today
(Fun fact: The Caenorhabditis elegans is a 1 mm long nematode that has the smallest brain of all animals)
(And no I'm not drunk, but there's good chances I'm in for round II of Covid -being drunk is more fun)
That does not impair my ability to lose time on this website but definitively stall my translation ability
I mean it's the simplest text in the world and I'm like: "What are words"
