Fauci is an unelected technocrat who has distorted science and facts in order to exercise authoritarian control over millions of Americans.

He lives in a liberal world where his smug “I REPRESENT science” attitude is praised.

Here are the facts:
(1) On May 11, Fauci testified before a Senate Committee that “the NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”
(2) On October 20, NIH wrote they funded an experiment at the Wuhan lab testing if “spike proteins from naturally occurring bat coronaviruses circulating in China were capable of binding to the human ACE2 receptor in a mouse model.” That is gain of function research.
(3) Fauci’s statement and the NIH’s October 20 letter cannot both be true. The statements are directly contradictory.

(4) 18 USC 1001 makes it felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison, to lie to Congress.
No amount of ad hominem insults parroting Democrat talking points will get Fauci out of this contradiction.

Fauci either needs to address the substance—in detail, with specific factual corroboration—or DOJ should consider prosecuting him for making false statements to Congress.

Today, we can again take pride in our criminal justice system for delivering justice based on the facts presented in a court of law. 1/x
The evidence in the Ahmaud Arbery trial demonstrated that the three defendants followed, assaulted, falsely imprisoned, & tragically murdered Mr. Arbery. 2/x
Based on the disturbing facts, the jury rightly concluded that the defendants did not act in self defense—they were the aggressors. 3/x

1/x Pretty stunning that she’s an @nbc anchor. She “doesn’t have an answer.” Try this:

(1) He WAS charged with six counts. That thing that just finished was his trial.

(2) A jury of his peers found him not guilty.

(3) Why? The defense argued he was engaged in self-defense.
2/x (4) What facts support self defense?

- the three people shot all chased him, assaulted him and/or tried to grab his gun

- ALL THREE were convicted felons (on served 15 years for child molesting)

- the defense argued Rittenhouse feared for his life
3/x (5) You might personally disagree, but the jury heard evidence & presumably concluded he was acting to defend himself from what he reasonably perceived to be an imminent threat to his life.

(6) Also, ALL THREE of the people shot were White (contrary to false media reports).

I think the new muppet is great.

Dems compulsively try to project their bigotry onto everyone else.

Biden dismissed DOJ civil rights suit against Yale for discriminating against #AsianAmericans

I filed a bill to stop Asian American college discrimination; EVERY DEM voted NO.
1/x Lots of Lefties having their usual intelligent response: “nuh uh!”

No facts, no substance, just ad hominem insults.

Here is a link to the vote results: senate.gov/legislative/LI…
2/x Here’s the FULL TEXT of the amendment:

“Purpose: To prohibit Federal funding for any institution of higher education that discriminates against Asian Americans in recruitment, applicant review, or admissions

“At the end, add the following:….”

@Alyssa_Milano If everyone in America stopped screaming at each other, maybe we could have rational conversations (like you & I did on guns).

You’re right, many vaccines are mandatory for kids. But those have been around for decades, and we know the risks.

With Covid…
2/x the vaccine is new & experimental. I’m very glad we have it—developed in record time. I’ve taken the vaccine myself, as has Heidi & our parents.

With kids, the cost/benefit analysis is different. The health risks to kids of Covid are relatively low & risks of side effects…
3/x …are significant. Nobody really knows what the effects of this vaccine 10 years later. For a 5-year-old, it’s personally reasonable for parents to decide not to take that risk.

1/x Houston Chronicle continues its role as Dem propagandist.

It says press spox “denied” it was bc of vax mandates, so OF COURSE that must be true (just like when the press believed denials re the Wuhan lab).

Here are FACTS, of which Chron is ignorant: chron.com/news/houston-t…
2/x (1) Last week, I met with the leaders of the major pilots unions. EVERY ONE expressed deep concern over the vaccine mandates & said LARGE NUMBERS OF PILOTS ARE QUITTING because of the mandates.

(2) The SWA Pilots Union is SUING to block the mandate: bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
3/x FACT (3) My tweet also focused on air traffic controllers (which the Chron ignored).

Specifically, there are multiple reports of a shortage of controllers in Jacksonville (which impacted SW cancellation across the Eastern seaboard).

1/x In honor of Columbus Day, and as a proud Italian-American, I give you Reagan’s 1986 proclamation, reproduced in full.

It’s tragic that young people aren’t taught this anymore.

October 8, 1986
By the President of the United States of America: reaganlibrary.gov/archives/speec…
2/x “Each year, we … honor Christopher Columbus, whose epic voyages of discovery shaped the development of the Western Hemisphere. This great explorer won a place in history & in the hearts of all Americans because he challenged the unknown & thereby found a New World.”
3/x “Columbus remains loved today. With his faith, vision, and courage, he could navigate beyond his world's horizons. He left a wide wake for all those to follow who would dream as he dreamed, who would defy the naysayers and dare to strive for new goals. Follow him they did…”
