Honduras' leftist presidential candidate Xiomara Castro is consistently leading by 19.4% in the official results from the National Electoral Council

(Although this is with only 38% of the vote counted, so there's a long way to go, and the regime may try to steal it again)

This is making some people worried, because the US-backed coup regime stole past elections after the count stopped for a long time and the power went out

Something very weird is happening in Honduras' election, again. The National Electoral Council hasn't updated the results in over 12 hours

It released this strange statement, not explaining the delay, saying it will display the results in a hotel tomorrow

Honduras'National Electoral Council (CNE) has not updated the vote count in over 24 hours. It only counted 51% and then stopped there.

It hasn't explained the delay either. Given the coup regime's past of stealing previous elections, this is concerning
