@tedterry1@mooreforatlanta she knowingly leaned on hateful bullshit to purposefully assure my candidacy not get any spotlight
all the frontrunners victories teetered upon sick disenfranchisement based in classism, abliesm, xebophobia & other nasty awful stuff
a gross lack of ethics. not proud but ashamed
@tedterry1@mooreforatlanta where's integrity or honor in stepping on vulnerable people to assure that the race would remain focused on misdirecting horse-broth & vapid fear tactics rather than on the entire roster with where they're coming from & their political aims?
@tedterry1@mooreforatlanta is the honor in the sick fact that based upon my systemic purposeful disenfranchisement from our process i now am being displaced & my family made homeless refugees?? my dreams of making it in this city without selling out or doing the wrong thing lay shattered in 12million bits.
@tedterry1@mooreforatlanta my bid said to the world 'things matter' & the hateful corporate establishment felt justified in cementing the obscenity that "lul nothing matters"
they who worked furiously to assure vulnerable people like me get purposefully left out of the process to maintain a set designed inequity to our exploitative society of hate & abuse as law.
@ThatSeanKeenan@AtlantaMagazine #1-"the cop one"
unlike most mayoral candidates contending in this race; i believe in the abolition of our policing institutions. we can build a safety department which doesn't wield any lethal power(power no state should hold btw) #AbolishThePolice
@ThatSeanKeenan@AtlantaMagazine #2-"the crime one"
most crime is not a something we should fight from the top down but eliminate from the bottom up via assuring a society where needs are provided for; acts of desperation will be drastically reduced..
i may be half-dead; but it's still rude for @CityofAtlanta to bury me.
thought my pinned post showed me emerging from a SHALLOW grave; i been digging for years upward but hateful exclusion; bigotry & xenophobia has kept my coolgood mayoral bid tightly dirt-napped.
this election is even less fair than 2017; where at least these debates were open to the public so i could just waltz up on stage half-dozen times.
this round such behavior of showing up at these mayoral venues(forums/debates) gets me promptly shoved out and even handcuffed / stuffed in a squad SUV.
there's been even less chance for we grassroot candidacies to find any level ground in this contest.
@Kmc96241610@AaronDiamantWSB@wsbtv@KeishaBottoms i also ran for mayor in 2017. keisha won~in my opinion~via having the most money in the race. had the democratic establishment behind her as the news media assumed the frontrunners for us.
anyway during this undemocratic election-cycle keisha repeatedly sat my as i was left out..
@Kmc96241610@AaronDiamantWSB@wsbtv@KeishaBottoms ..of debates, town halls and the entire narrative of who was running. what was a sick side effect of this is there was essentially 0 reporting on the why these 10+ peoples were running-allowing it to be simplified to a pony race rather than something dignant, equitable..
