COVID THREAD (My Experience):
Thanksgiving: Drank from 1PM to 1AM, then stayed at my parents house, fully vaccinated.

Friday: Was in a golf scramble at 1PM, felt completely fine for the first few holes (they used my drives naturally), then started to feel my core body temperature drop. Realized it was definitely a fever when the chill didn't dissipate, took some Advil felt fine just a lil tired.
Saturday Morning: Felt fine except a little sinus congestion, not very fatigued, but figured I'd return to my place and get a PCR test in the afternoon. Played some disc golf by myself, after the test, basically isolated.
Saturday Night: Became really achy, only comparable in experience to after I got my second Pfizer shot, couldn't sleep because of the full body, getting hit by a truck achiness. Sinus congestion was only other symptom, not bad at all though, I'm used to sinus infections.
Sunday: Fairly sore throughout the day, congested, but the aches were gone by the time I went to bed, slept fine.
Monday: Woke up still congested, but that was gone by the afternoon, played some disc golf again, then ate for the first time uncongested. This is when I realized I couldn't smell/taste, wasn't paying attention because I was clogged up, but got my positive result simultaneously.
Today: Only symptom is I can't smell/taste, which kind of turns your nose into a phantom appendage, hard to explain, but it's like it's uncomfortable on your face because there is no sensory response, dunno😆
Hypothesis: I suppressed my immune system enough from Thursday-Friday through alcohol consumption that I got a breakthrough case. On Saturday is when my immune system really fired up again leading to the severe achiness only comparable to a second dose immune response.
