It is unconscionable that today, in 2021, #SCOTUS is poised to wipe away fifty years of women’s empowerment and rights and return to the days when the state could make pregnant people prisoners in their own bodies, forcing them to carry out the wishes of the state. (1/3)
The only reason we are here, where we fear #SCOTUS taking away a constitutional right, is because of the Right’s packing of the Court. If not for such court packing, we would almost certainly not face this very grim reality where abortion access could soon be taken away. (2/3)
