…to learn about every single detail of the play & whilst I would love nothing more than to share that with you, I just feel that it wouldn’t be right & I do not want to spoil the overall magic for those not wanting to know or for the artists & crew who have worked so hard…

…to keep it all a big secret. Initially, when I learnt this whole event was going to be a thing, I thought to myself, how on earth are the writers & creators going to encapsulate everything that #MichaelJackson was about to an world audience already so saturated by the…

…nonsense fed to them by the media? What I can tell you is this. It is the best piece of theatre I’ve ever seen. What @wheeldondance @Lynnbrooklyn have done to capture the essence of MJ’s life is quite simply beautiful & phenomenal. They have really exceeded all expectations,

I cannot fault it. The lead actor @MylesFrost5 could not have been a better fit, fulfilling the embodiment of Michaels strength, grit & drive to bring his vision of the Dangerous tour to the world. His voice silky smooth & body movements gracefully agile..

…you’ll be mesmerised the minute he appears on stage. It doesn’t skim over controversies either - issues from addiction to allegations, evolving appearance & surgery are addressed throughout as well as the very public relationship between him & father Joe sensitively addressed.

From performing at strip shows during the #Jackson5 days to MJ’s time at #Studio54, the show highlights many of the defining moments that shaped his artistry throughout his life, empathetically humanising his struggles that are so intertwined with his unworldly creative genius.

The sheer powerhouse of talent on display is mind blowing. Kudos to @Rich_and_Tone because they really compliment the creme de la crème of performers helping to bring the story to life; enriching the overall chronicle & staging. Plenty of hair standing on back of neck moments.

More importantly, it’s VERY funny in parts & perfectly captures the natural comical side of who Michael was, whilst not ignoring just how tough he was on himself and those around him in ensuring the Dangerous tour met his expectations.

Some of the songs featured are already advertised on the display posters outside on the #NeilSimonTheatre, so I have mentally made a note of the tracks that I can remember being performed, here they are below & in no particular order. Note that some songs appear more than once:

Oh oh oh!! I totally forgot to add that there are many great numbers from The Wiz movie in there too! And Can You Feel It and DSTYGE! I’m sure there are more I’ve missed out.. still on cloud 9 from watching it ☁️
