In Jhabua, the R/W men have been threatened to demolish a century-old catholic church on Christmas.

Recently, Jhabua district admin refused to renew the license of 7 missionary schools where over 10,000 students are studying.

On Dec 5, 2021, an FIR was registered in Ranapur PS of Jhabua district against six tribals of Christian community for allegedly converting fellow tribals. Cops lodged an FIR under section 3 & 5 of the MP Freedom of Religion Act - 2021 and arrested all six accused.
In Satna, on Nov 1, 2021, VHP & Bajrang Dal men barged inside a Church of God during Sunday prayers alleging conversion.

MP: Most blatant attack on Christian community was seen in Jhabua. The tribal-dominated Jhabua has a sizable population of tribals with over 35,000 Catholic & Protestant voters. Jhabua had 24 churches and 20 schools run by missionaries.
