Perhaps the most serious political issue for the PM - aside from the public outrage - is that ministers and MPs were asked to hold the line all week that no party took place / no rules were broken.

At the time this video was filmed I was reporting from care homes where distraught families couldn’t see their loved ones. At least one of those families I filmed with lost their mum over Christmas. How does No 10 respond to their anger tonight?
