FBI's investigation of global Swampy consulting firm McKinsey costs Canada's Ambassador to China his job. He was formerly managing partner for McKinsey.

He really worked for China in both roles!

McKinsey is the firm who hosted their global retreat for executives next door to Chinese concentration camps.

Apparently the Biden Admin has been treating Canadian PM Trudeau as a joke on China issues because he picked people owned by China as his Ambassadors. ImageImage

McKinsey was also heavily involved in the opioid industry advising them on how to increase sales & avoid regulatory compliance to addict & kill Americans. Image
Barton was a major factor in putting Trudeau in charge of the Swamp in Canada & apparently selling out Canada to China & the Davos oligarchs. Image
The FBI investigation focuses on McKinsey's service to Chinese state companies while also 'advising' the Pentagon on military planning, intelligence & weapons programs.

Like getting paid for helping pharma companies sell opioids while getting paid for 'advising' FDA over what prescription drug policies for things like opioids should be. Image

In 2015, McKinsey got access to classified information as part of a contract with DISA who provides classified networks & SCIFs to the entire US govt.
They also advised CIA how to 'restructure' after 9/11 & build the FBI's intel gathering capability. ImageImage
Don't worry though! McKinsey is vetted by the Defense CounterIntel & Security Agency to ensure it isn't controlled by foreign powers. But of course McKinsey advises DCSA on how to do that! Image
McKinsey is a major advisor to many of the state owned companies participating in the Belt & Road Initiative that China is using to gain dominance over shipping & transportation infrastrure in Asia & around the world. ImageImageImageImage

As Fintech company Wirecard (connected to Dmitry Firtash) tried to hide billions missing from it's books, McKinsey advised them in an effort to buy Deutsche Bank. Where Wirecards fraud would get lost in the chaos of a merger with so many assets...
McKinsey was also a major player advising Ukrainian politicians & oligarchs. Including propping up President Yanukovych along with Manafort & Doug Schoen with Rinat Akhmetov paying for their Swampy efforts.
Kirill Dmitriev, the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, a sovereign wealth fund, used for work for McKinsey. He was behind the efforts of George Nader to set up Eric Prince for colluding with Russians to create a backdoor to Trump

yWhat may be the biggest part of the agreement, DOJ is referring Raytheon to DOD & other agencies to begin a review to determine if Raytheon or individuals involved should be suspended from government contracts & debarred from future contracts! Image
So in addition to the corruption & bribery, the risks of Raytheon committing crimes to conceal corruption related to arms sales to foreign governments is a major factor in this case.

Raytheon will pay $950 million to settle the allegations against the company for several different criminal schemse the company participated in.
Raytheon accepted a deferred prosecution agreement that becomes a confession at trial if they don't cooperate!

Remember the researchers at Georgia Tech who were getting paid by the DOD & USAF to spy on Trump & feed that info into Hillary's oppo research campaign?
DOJ joined a lawsuit accusing GT on behalf of those researchers of lying to DOD about compliance with cybersecurity procedures.
So the cybersecurity people accessing NSA data to spy upon Donald Trump for the Pentagon were willfully avoiding compliance with security proposals. Then pressuring GT to lie to the DOD & submit false audits claiming that their computers were secure.

This will likely be overturned, but it effectively sidelines the cases against Trump until after the election & almost certainly after his 2nd term.

The AG almost certainly has this authority both to appoint a special counsel & to fund them from funds appropriated to the DOJ.
For those who don't understand the law in this case, Congress has authorized the Attorney General to specially appoint lawyers & conduct legal proceedings at the same level as US Attorneys without confirmation. It's specifically authorized. Image
While Canon ignores Section 515, it specifically authorizes AGs to appoint special attorneys to prosecute criminal cases & run grand juries same as a US Attorney can.
She claims the law does not authorize the AG to appoint a special counsel with the authority of a US Attorney.

The choice of the Northern Marianas Islands is unusual.

That US territory is a hub for Chinese money laundering to the US & to US politicians. Wonder if he will testify to a US grand jury while he is there? Or has he already done so by Zoom?
The Chinese have been buying off Swampy politicians on Pacific islands that are US territories to infiltrate them to get into the US financial system.
